These little bulbs were the existing under cabinet lighting in the house I bought. A few burned out so I bought a few replacement bulbs. I wouldn't say these would be my first choice for under cabinet lighting but at this point, I will stick with them and we may switch them out later. They don't give off a lot of light and the new LED under cabinet lighting systems are probably a better option.

Amazing Bulbs! Must See!
Well folks, if you do have under the cabinet lighting in your kitchen, you know this item has to be ordered. It comes in a cute little box, nicely padded, etc. Order was filled quickly. It was a big project replacing four bulbs, but after 8 minutes of grueling work, I accomplished Home Depot nirvana. I have seen the lights, and they work!!!!
