Great little saw. If you go slowly, treat it like a light duty saw, it relatively quietly, cleanly cuts thru 1/4 inch A-36 angle steel faster than a reciprocating saw ever will. Easy to hold and balance.

Made 3 successful cuts, and then the blade and blade holder mechanism seemed to de-clutch on any further attempts. Was able to get blade spinning again, but as soon as it started to cut, it would de-clutch again. I switched blades, let it cool, etc. Could not get saw to operate properly.

I didn't use it. I returned it. I need to cut metal frame window. I can't get into corner(Angle) with the blade because of square guard on the way. I have to buy Dremel round saw from Lowe. That one is almost perfect because there is only half-guard, I can get into corner. Dremel is perfect, I am replacing window now.

Works great, cuts well, easy to operate, only draw back is where lock button is placed!

Cuts smooth and quickly. Easily controlled, and light enough to take on the roof with no hassles.

What a cleaver little cutter. I am glad I found this little saw. It cut through my metal roofing project with ease. It was a lot faster and gave me a much cleaner cut than an abrasive cut off wheel. The twin blade cutting system allows the blades to last a long time. I was going though high quality reciprocating saw and jig saw blades at an alarming rate trying to get the cleanest cut possible. This saw does a better job.

Genesis is pure genius. Versatile and affordable. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy use

This 4 and 3/4 inch control grip compact metal cutting saw is the perfect tool for any big or small job! The metal cutting capabilities are endless and the tool has a nice design and functionality features to make any do it yourselfer feel like a pro. The saw is light weight and yet sturdy to cut through those tough jobs. The saw came with nice instructions for use.

It feels good in the hand. Cut a pipe that held a satellite dish we no longer used right at ground level like butter. I did also cut some heavy plastic and piece of lumber just to see if that would work and it worked too. It has the power needed cut angle iron and pipe with ease. It is compact but it does the trick with ease. I have already had 2 neighbors borrow it. One of the neighbors had a reciprocating saw but asked to use this one and he loved it. It does not vibrate at all while cutting. Handy tool to have and works like a charm. A great tool to add to a collection of tools.

Reach for this great saw when cutting mild steel, aluminum, copper and other metals. It has an adjustable cutting depth up to 1 5/8 inches. It has a blade viewing window for accurate alignment and spindle lock for quick blade changes. You may want to add this saw to your tool collection. I can guarantee that it will be used many times on various projects.
