Hard to pair with existing garage door.

Very easy to program and use. Great product !

I had a very old Genie 912 Remote. This remote was very easy to program by following Genie's online directions!

It took four units before I got one that finally worked. Hope manufacturing issue gets fixed.

Changed the code and it worked effectively.

It did work replacing a GT912 model and I prefer the smaller size . Setting up took some trial and error as instructions and videos were not very clear to me . Once set up properly , it works like a charm .

This remote does not work as well as the OEM remotes that came with the garage door opener. I often have to press multiple times to get any action and if there if you are in a car, good luck getting it to work at all until your front bumper is almost touching the garage door.

Works great and programming to our old inside unit was pretty easy

The GM3T-R 3 Button Genie Master Remote works beautifully to open the garage door if you are inside the garage. However, if you are outside and want to open the door it works occasionally. Other times it doesn't work at all. I have to walk around the house and go in the back door, then use the remote to open the door from the inside. I have changed the batteries and checked all the settings. What more can I do.
