This sealer is the best.
This sealer is the best. It gave my pool deck which is pavers a wet look without being too glossy. Neighbors have been giving me compliments non stop. Love this sealer and recommend it.

Did not want to use a high VOC product.
We wanted something to restore the natural look and "wet-look" to the surface. One of the key factors in choosing this product was that is is a water-based acrylic. Since wild birds request our backyard and love to drink from and bathe in the waterfall we did not want to use a high VOC product.

Brought out colors of Hydro-Stain
Applied this using a paint roller and it went on smooth with no issues. It really brough out the colors of the Hydro-Stain 1500 in Mahogany

AMAZING job.
Used to restore the sheen to artificial stone we have in our backyard. It did an AMAZING job! The rock is made of concrete. After several years of use scale had built up on the surface and greatly detracted from the appearance. It looks fantastic!

Happy so far
Very happy so far! Looks great! Coverage was better than expected on new concrete. Easy application with 3/8” roller. Time will tell about the durability.

Low VOCs don’t work as well as the old stuff
This environmental safe stuff is not as good as the original solvent based when it comes to getting a nice gloss. Nothing is easy anymore!

Slightly darkens
Was easy to apply with a roller since it is a water based product. Thorough cleaning of the floor is necessary for good results. It slightly darkens the concrete and adds a nice shine. Since I only applied it a couple of weeks ago, I cannot comment on how long the sealer will last in Texas.

Didn't want a product that smelled
I purchased a different sealer and was not happy with the results. After looking at reviews of the Cryli-Tek 5500, I ordered it. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend it! I choose the 5500 over the 5505 because I didn’t want a high gloss and I didn't want a product that smelled.

Darkened stamped cocnrete
I needed a non-penetrating sealer for my stamped concrete outdoor walkways. Time will tell on the durability, but so far I am very satisfied with how it visually looks. Really help to darken the stamped concrete without it being too slippery or slick.

Floors look darker
I would recommend to anyone. Works good and was easy for a DIY-er to use. My floors looks darker and arent too slippery when wet.

Shine was too dull
After applying, the shine was a bit too dull. Kind of disappointing especially of its price, I was hoping for more of a gloss on my pavers.

Nice sheen
Cryli-Tek 5500 was easy to apply. I did two coats on my concrete patio. It’s got a nice sheen to it now very pleased with the outcome.

Pavers look exactly as they did before coating
I was expecting a slight change in appearance giving the patio a wet look. Although the pavers now have a coating on them they look exactly as they did before coating, maybe just a little sheen.

Expected to be a bit shinier
Expected to be a bit shiner but I am still happy with the color darkening of my stamped concrete patio.

Easy to apply
Easy to apply. Smaller areas can be applied with a brush while with larger area should be applied with a paint roller…especially on stamped concrete or finishes with high spots, grooves, etc. Don't let it puddle in low spots, brush them out.

Ghostfield Concrete Sealer Cryli-Tek 5500
Seems to work well as a sealer but does not restore any of the color to pavers. Hard to tell difference between the sealed and unsealed pavers. Probably need a sealer/restorer combination which is not this product. Would recommend for sealer only

My initial application was five years ago
I like that there are no strong fumes or odors. My initial application was five years ago, and although it provides adequate general protection, it is somewhat vulnerable to breaking down over time and needed to be reapplied this year.

Product works great
This product works great. I have approximately 1000sq ft of concrete pavers that are 10 years old and still look new because of this product. I apply it every few years.

Its like painting concrete
I thought it was going to be a lot more difficult to apply but using a 3/8" roller it was essentailly like painting except painting concrete. The result an a not overwhelmingly shiny look on pavers.

Stops dusting
I used this product to seal our unfinished basement floor in a newly constructed home as the constant dust being tracked upstairs was a nuisance. Goes on extremely easy and a little goes a long way. Much cheaper and less labor intensive than an epoxy to stop concrete dusting.
