Nothing was cracked during shipping came via fedex. The finish is very nice and the flushing mechanism is very good. The extra lip ok the base i love.

Very nice. I used the app BILT which made installation very easy.

The base of this toilet was not flat. The front and back of the base were lower than the middle and would cause the base to rock. Also, extremely tight with flange installed above the tile, squeezed all of the wax out of a standard wax ring.

Love these toilets! I purchased three of them and my plumber installed them in no time. The only thing was that he had to provide a spacer but other than that I have no complaints.

Had this for four years now. Had to replace seal from tank leaking, the buttons grow green lime scale, the springs to push breaks yearly. Looks great for the price but will need part replacements.

The mold for the bottom bowl was not level. The lip that sits on the floor was 1/8 tall. My flange was 1/4" off the floor. Rock and roll. Took it back for refund. Shame I liked the look. Bought another brand. Pain.

I like this toilet. We had one from last three years and ordered another one for our master bath. Good thing it has dual flush so you save water. It looks fancy too. I am happy with my purchase.

It was easy for my cousin to install. Looks great. Replaced 2 out of the 3 toilets in my house. No complaints

Looks perfect in the space

This toilet was easy to install. It fits wonderfully in my half-bath. It came with everything needed to install it. I like the dual flush feature, as I have a septic tank, it requires less water when necessary. I would give it a 10 ☆ rating.

Don't say you wasn't warned, I had this toilet installed by a licensed plumber, it only lasted one month, water keeps running, pump is not working properly. Don't waste your money.

Upon install we realized the fill valve was defective. We returned the fill valve to Home Depot and they replaced it with no problem.

I have installed many Glacier Bay toilets and for some reason, the ones with the push button on top of the tank work much better than the toilets with the lever on the side. I like the elegant look this particular toilet lends to my bathroom. Great price for a toilet that will last many years to come.

My neighbors kids overflowed the 2nd floor toilets due to clogging and of coarse his 5 year old flushed 3 x after clogged, sending almost 5 gallons into the kitchen below. I decided I'm buying 2 more of these this weekend now. We have 3 kids and this is everybody's favorite toilet out of the 4 and we haven't had a clog in 6 months. my kids are 2.5, 6, 8 years old.

Beautiful silhouette that works great. Only downside is that the lip on the tank lid does not permit the open seat lid to sit flush against the tank. Therefore, you feel like you are leaning forward slightly (very slightly) when sitting on the toilet. Otherwise, it is fantastic!

Bought 2 of these to replace a couple 20 year old toilets. Installation was quite easy. Toilets seem to be fairly decent quality and so far (1 week) they have been working well with no issues. Flush works fine on both liquids and solids. It could do a slightly better job cleaning the bowl when flushed but overall no real complaints so far. Was a bit concerned in the beginning about the 1.28gpf capacity but it has handled solids well so far.

This toilet works great and looks great, made my bathroom look much better. Easy to install and it comes with everything you need.

I was curious how it could flush so well with such a small amount of water, and I think I've figured it out. The "gooseneck" from the bottom of the bowl that curves up and back down to the floor opening is shaped so that once the water goes over the "hump" it goes almost straight down, first at a 45 degree angle and then directly down. So the water going down "pulls" the water out of the bowl, in the same way that the front of a roller coaster (when it's going down) pulls the back of the coaster up and over the hill. It REALLy does the trick, and I actually marvel at how well it flushes with just a gallon of water. The elongated bowl is very roomy for my large frame, the materials and mechanism are all top quality. I installed two in my home and they have been great.

Great product for the price. My old toilet needed parts for the tank and when I saw this on sale it was very much worthed to replace and get new one. I had to buy a wax since needed a tall was Very happy with purchase and installation took less than half an hour. Add a bidet and made it great.

This was my first experience with a dual flush toilet so I was a little skeptical, especially after seeing that some of the previous reviewers reported issues with the toilet not getting clean on one flush or even needing manual cleaning. I was also unsure of this brand, only having used American Standard in the past. Well, I went ahead and took the chance and I'm glad I did. The toilet works great, is extremely quiet, and saves water as well with the one drop or two drop flush option. I've had no issues with it not removing all of the waste with one flush. It was also very easy to install. I spent more time removing the old toilet and cleaning all of the old wax off than I did actually installing the new toilet. The whole process took less than an hour. One thing I did do was get a jumbo wax ring for the install instead of using the standard wax ring that came with it. In my experience, more wax may not necessarily help, but it certainly won't hurt and will help ensure against any leaks around the base. One other thing I need to mention. This model was on sale for $129.00 (Regular $139.00) when I purchased it. There were only two other models that were less expensive. Every other model regardless of brand was more expensive. Some were more than twice the cost of this model. This toilet works great and looks great. I can't imagine getting any more value or getting a better toilet by spending more money. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this brand and model if you're in the market for a new toilet.

The toilet has elegant ridging detail and sits high which is very nice. The only thing that I would suggest it making it clearer which direction to the drop buttons go in for installers. I think mine was installed backwards but there doesn't seem to be a dramatic difference in the amount of water for each flush so it's not too bothersome. Overall, it's a beautiful, great toilet.
