We really liked the upgrade to our faucets. We installed 3 of them in our bathrooms. I specifically like that I no longer have to jam my hands against the sink wall to get my hands washed and don’t have to hunch over to get my hands under the spigot. This was the first time I’ve replaced any faucet and everything was included in this kit. If you have never changed a faucet before, I’d recommend getting the RIDGID EZ Change Plumbing Wrench Faucet Installation and Removal Tool, it made the job so much easier with uninstalling the old faucet and installing the new one!

Hello B Texas. Occasionally if you have hard water or water that contains a lot of minerals, you could have an issue with the finish. We recommend using a product specifically made to help eliminate water spots or fingerprints on a faucet. These products work the same way as a car wax so that the water beads on the faucet finish. You can find these products on the internet by typing “faucet wax” into the search field. If there ever is an issue with the finish on any part of this unit, the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers anything you might need. They can be reached at 1-855-434-5224 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Great little faucet!
Great value for the money. We were especially thrilled that the spout swivels, just like the high-end (30+ yr old) faucet it replaced. It will be fine as a temporary unit until we renovate this spring.
