Very nice faucet that is easy to install with the fast mount system it has in place.. This has a pull down faucet head with a sprayer that you can push a button to keep the sprayer on while in use. There is a weight on the underside of the sink on the sprayer line so it goes back into place easily. LED/motion sensor light at base of faucet near the sink that will turn water on and turns off after a few minutes for a water saving feature. You can use batteries or hardwire it for use. Comes well packed and easy to follow instructions.

Had a little problem installing this because the distance from the wall behind the sink to the existing hole in counter-top was not sufficient to have faucet looking straight. The handle would hit the wall before being fully open. So had to turn the faucet a little to the left so that handle would work. This also contributed to their connection system really not working the first attempt (needs to be pushed up against a flat surface for the spring loaded threads to emerge). But had a big washer from previous faucet that provided a flat surface for their spring loaded mechanism to work. Does appear to have water flow restrictors in both hot an cold connections so water pressure is quite a bit less than previous faucet. Can always remove if becomes an issue. Good working system for the money.

This faucet has some definite Pros and Cons; depending on your installation requirements and usage, it may work for you or not. Here's what I found: Pros: It's a nice looking faucet; looks great in the dark brown color scheme we have in our kitchen. The 'touchless' feature works well and is very useful when you've got gunky hands. (Although an A/C adapter would have been nice.) Cons: The 'quick connect' tool is plastic, and if you're installing this in an existing kitchen rather than a new build, you may have problems like we did. The plastic tool is so large it didn't fit in the space required & it ended up breaking while we were trying to make it work. Plastic is NOT a good option for this tool. We couldn't make the old washer fit and couldn't find one that would, so couldn't fully install the faucet. Calling Glacier Bay was not real helpful. They were nice, but said a 'technician' would get back to us, which never happened. We called back and they were supposed to send us a new (metal) washer/connector. That was a week ago, and no part yet, and no usable faucet. Another 'Con': I found the water flow to be terrible -- so bad that I can hardly get the faucet to turn on at all. When we take it apart to install the replacement part, I'm going to see if there's a flow restrictor I can remove. So, if you're just going for looks, want a touchless faucet and don't mind the large plastic 'quick connect' washer, this may work for you. If not, you'd best find something else.

Do not buy this product. The piece that holds the faucet to the countertop is cheap plastic and will not hold it tight, leading to a loose faucet down the road. I even loaded up with silicone and it will still easily spin and wobble. The WORST part however is the faucet head. About a month into using this faucet when we turn it on, it is stuck halfway between spray and stream. When I contacted Home Depot, who makes Glaicer Bay, they told me the part was on back order and I would have to wait 3 to 4 months to get a replacement. This is ridiculous considering they are actively selling the product. I got the new faucet head and low and behold.... a month into use, THE SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN!!!!! Stuck in between stream and spray! Horrible product and horrible customer service!!!!!!!!

Fantastic faucet, very sleek. Installation was quite easy (as far as faucet replacement goes) and the long supply lines were a great help. Many faucets come with short supply lines which means you have to purchase separate extensions to connect to the lines under the sink. The touchless on/off feature is great for when you don't want to contaminate the faucet with whatever your hands may be covered in. The faucet works with either single hole or 3 hole sinks. Overall very happy with the product.

The faucet worked perfectly and looks great for the first week and a half after I installed it but now we are stuck with either both modes at once or only the sprayer mode. When pressing the other button on the pull down, it just pauses the water flow while depressing the button then switches to a combination of normal and sprayer modes after releasing the button. You have to press the sprayer button again to get a single mode and it's limited to sprayer. I'm really disappointed because it looks great but doesn't function correctly and we already got rid of our old faucet. Now we have no other options

The unit was very easy to install - I was impressed at how quick and easy it was to install onto the sink - gone were the problems of fighting to get the faucet tightened down with wrenches or channel locks. The connections are pretty much fool proof if you look at the directions and do what they say. My wife loves the on/off sensor with the timed shut off. The only reason I am not giving it a higher rating is that the water flow coming through the unit is considerably less than what the older unit provided. This is installed on my main kitchen sink and I have a small sink in the kitchen island and its faucet has two times or better flow rate. I checked the filter areas to make sure I hadn't dislodged sediment from somewhere when assembling but they are clear. It takes a long time now to fill a large pot or the sink - not sure if I would recommend this or not.

I was skeptical when I bought this Glacier Bay touchless faucet Model # HD67495-1027D, but turns out that it's working quite well. I did not like the quick install plastic screw on assembly so much because when you want to make it tight, it seems to slip out of its groove so you can only tighten to much. What's important is the caulking underneath. Make sure you put some and use clear. Installation was more or less quick and I wish the battery wires were longer so I could mount it closer to the front of the cabinet when batteries need changing. I'm trying to see how long the batteries will last before I need to change them, but so far, a month of use they still working. You'll be surprise how often you turn the faucet on and off. It does take getting used to with hand swipes, but it's easy now. I do wish the neck loop was wider to reach further into the sink. Seems to close to the back, but not too bad. We'll see how long it lasts and whether support will be easy when it does break. BTW, you do not need to use the touchless feature. I can be used as standalone manually controlled as long as the valve is in the ON/OPEN position.
