Poorly made. Veneer finish is so thin that it had already start delaminating from the toilet lid before the product was removed from its packaging. It's a shame because it would be a very nice looking seat if it were more durable and without defects.

Looks perfect but have not had time to install.

Have only had the seat for approximately three weeks but so far, we are happy with it. We love the fact that it is made with metal hinges, etc., it should last & hold up so much better than plastic!

My 3rd Glacier Bay Oak toilet seat. first in a cabin years ago. Wood looks great and is nicer than plastic to sit on.

I returned the seat because it was a veneer not solid wood

The product seems well made. I don’t like the texture of the seat too much.

It had some minor flaws.

Took little time to replace the old seat. The metal hinges would have been better if brass or a golden color, instead of silver/chrome looking.

As-new condition out of the box was just OK. Some thin spots in the veneer. Installed easily but turned out to be instant garbage. The second time I lifted the lid, the bracket screws just fell out of the screw holes. Sawdust all over the toilet and bathroom floor. No way to reattach since the holes were stripped out. Home Depot customer service was helpful and quick both to fill my online order and to give me a full refund on the same day.

Great quality for a cheap price. The installation was quick and easy. It really upgrades the look of the bathroom.

Was charged more than labeled price. Took back to C S and found it was damaged. Exchanged it for another at posted price.Went home to install and found it damaged worse than the first one. Returned it for refund. 66 mile round trip. Bought item at a local Marvins.
