This vanity was shipped to us from a Home Depot here in South Oregon. Much to my surprise, when unboxing, I noticed that the vanity was not boxed properly and then came the horror. The top ends where chipped, the staples that keeps this vanity together where not doing any justice, the knobs were missing, the entire cabnet felt like it was ready to fall apart. I have to say that I am completely disappointed with the Home Depot that actually shipped this vanity without inspecting.

I ordered a Glacier Bay Shaila from Home Depot and regret it. The ordering process was easy but the unit arrived with separated joins at the corners, split back supports, barely attached toe piece, and a chip on the sink. I had no time so I paid my contractor to rebuild it and painted over the chip.

See photos. Not happy. $300 for particle board, which is fine, but assembled using staples and covered with fake wood tape. Completely ridiculous

The two top boards came cracked as if someone dropped it during delivery or at the manufacturer. Doesn't look like it would take much to break it all. Wouldn't recommend unless you are picking it up at the store yourself, but no guarantees even then.

I recently purchased the Shaila 30-1/2 in. W Vanity in Silverleaf with Cultured Marble Vanity Top in White for my bathroom, and I am very pleased with it. The vanity is a perfect size for our small bathroom, and the cultured marble vanity top looks great. The silverleaf finish on the vanity is beautiful and gives the bathroom a modern look. The vanity also has plenty of storage space, with a large drawer and two shelves on either side. The installation was straightforward and easy to do, and the quality of the vanity is impressive. I would definitely recommend this vanity to anyone looking for a stylish and functional addition to their bathroom.

Nice fit in my small bathroom. The vanity interior is very spacious. Nice height. The sink is small and not very deep. It works for me.

Love this vanity. Have a really small bath and this worked great.

Not the best quality. But for a guest bathroom and to update a bathroom in a budget its perfect!

After installing this unit, I had nothing but trouble with water leaking around the bottom drain gasket. After multiple attempts to stop the leakage I found the problem to be, the hole in 1-7/8" vs the standard 1-3/4". On top of that, the hole is not round and has defects from the molding which is causing the gasket to not seal. Not a happy camper at this moment. Have removed the sink and will attempt to take it back for replacement. More to come.. Ugh..

Beautiful. Can't beat the price of this white with cultured marble sink vanity. The sink is large and takes up most of the top so there's less room to fit items on it. The wood vanity doors are a simple shaker design with square chrome handles. I can't tell that this isn't a high quality wood because it's painted and looks amazing. Its depth is shallower than my last vanity so I can't fit as much in it but that allows for a bit more floor room, making it ideal for a small space.

Overall it has a nice look. Major problems: Some chipped wood along the toe kick and sides that caulking the floor should hide. and the doors are drilled slightly off so the rub. They’re adjusted to the highest point and the still scrape the bottom lip. The finish is already peeling. I can’t drill new holes without either bringing it up high enough to hit the sink edge or being too close to the original holes and probably causing other problems with the door. The sink top was by far the worst part. To properly anchor the unit against the studs it pushes the sink about an inch past the edge of the sink, leaving a wide gap and now where for the edges I’ve to grab. The backside then sits level. Does the design assume shims? Large gap behind unit? How is this supposed to work and sit tight and flush? The top is tapered and beveled all the way around, which promises to make an backsplash or caulk very awkward. I had already cut plumbing holes, thus blowing my return options. I’m very disappointed at this item and for $200 this is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY. The sink looks yellow compared to the white cabinet. Spend your money elsewhere. Looks cheap when the sink doesn’t even match the vanity. Stupid they would even make it to look like that. Awful.

Used for Inexpensive update that looks good. Very cheaply made. Wood grain stickers over particle board and plastic. Not even veneer. Knobs are substantial and the best part of the vanity. The sink is definitely plastic looking and bit very shiny. Will scratch easily. Looks updated and good tho.

This vanity was purchased as a last minute replacement when we discovered our previous vanity was damaged beyond repair during a half bath renovation. Overall I am extremely impressed with the quality of this vanity and was so pleased the basin was included! Ample storage underneath the sink is an added bonus. Installation was very easy and we are so happy. Great product for the price and we are hoping this holds up well in our half bath!

I bought this several months ago and finally had a chance to install it this weekend. I was so upset when I went to put it in, and saw the color difference between the “white” sink top and the white vanity cabinet! I am not sure what to do now.

The Glacier Bay Shaila bath vanity is a great way to update your bathroom for a price that doesn't wreck your wallet. All you really need to finish the project if a faucet and lines to connect and you're done! For the price the materials you get alone with the combo sink and storage are good. If you have a small bathroom or want to make your bathroom look a bit bigger, this would be a great option. It feel sturdy so there is no concern in that department. I like the look of the faux wood and from a few feet away, it is pleasing to the eyes and I'm sure it's easy to clean. For the price it's a good deal but to finish it you would need some caulking inside the corners and a paint job to be perfect.

The coating on the sink looks bad, too thin in areas so it feels rough and looks like it's already been used. The corners are the worst, surprised it passed quality control.

This is a great vanity! The size is perfect for a smaller bathroom and the vanity has storage underneath, which is nice compared to my old pedestal sink. The bowl is a little shallow, but not a problem. The vanity is very easy to install and comes with very easy reading instructions. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for something new in their bathroom without the expense of a major remodel.

Great vanity for a small bathroom renovation. We were working on a renovation of a small size bathroom, long and narrow, so width and depth were definitely deciding factors in our purchase. The open back gave us plenty of access for plumbing while the cabinet base gives us more storage than we were expecting. The one piece top will be easy to keep clean. The hardware is basic, so if you are trying to match finishes you should consider adding your own. Happy with the purchase.

The Glacier Bay 18.5 in. Shaila Vanity in Silverleaf with Cultured Marble Top in White looks great. As you can tell by the the attached pictures it is small but it is exactly what we needed. It is perfect for a small space. This is exactly what we needed for our small downstairs bathroom. It was very simple to install. You do have to purchase your own faucet. It completely met our expectations.

Good quality replacement Shaila model 18-1/2 inch wide bath vanity by Glacier Bay. The white cultured marble vanity top and sink is all one piece and has a cool looking concave arc shape to the bowl. It does not have the small safety overflow port hole in case of accidental overfilling which I believe should be standard with all sinks. The base is good quality and NOT made out of flakeboard/pressboard but seems like sturdier MDF material. The overall height of this unit is 3 inches taller than the old one which makes it more comfortable to use with less bending over.

This is the perfect size for my small bathroom. The nice thing it comes fully assembled and the only thing you need to do is put the top sink on and secure with caulking. It is lightweight and easy to install. Has wide opening for the pluming to go in and install. The top is pure white and looks great. easy open door that has a lot of room inside. Only thing I would like to see it come with is at least one shelf you could install in the bottom area.

This is a very basic vanity and sink that could be the ideal solution if you're looking to refresh a small half bath or if you're remodeling a small space to be an extra bath. There isn't much to installing this unit. The vanity cabinet is fully assembled apart from attaching the door pull and some stick on bumpers to soften the sound of closing the door. The sink simply sits on top of the vanity, held in place with some caulking or construction glue. Caulking works fine and would make for an easier disassembly if that were ever required. You have to provide your own faucet. It is pre-drilled with 3 holes, so if you want to use a faucet designed for a single hole, you'll need the adapter to cover the unused holes. It looks good, but the materials are fairly lightweight. It's a veneer finish that should hold up reasonably well, but you may want to seal around the base. The particle board sides will absorb water and swell if you don't clean up spills that could seep under the base. One note that might help when installing the supply lines. Because of the narrow opening in the back, the unit can only be adjusted a few inches left or right from the position of the supply lines on the wall.

Great vanity and very modern for the price. Easy to install and not very heavy, my husband was able to carry it and install it by himself

We ordered the Glacier Bay 18-01/2 wide bath vanity in white with cultured marble vanity top in white with sink for our newly remodeled guest bedroom bath, we are in the process of completely redoing all of the tile, tub and shower, we really like this vanity for its size it fits perfectly in the existing built in space of the old sink and cabinet, the vanity looks really good, the finish is clean and well done, the sink and top looks very expensive, it is easy to install, and connect to the existing plumbing, great unity.

Great looking and a good standard 18 1/2 inch wide vanity. I like the gray color on this vanity. Could go with many colors. There is no storage in this. Just a simple wide open layout underneath the sink. The top is well made. I could like to point out that the sticker on top was and is very annoying to take off. I think that the top is marble it may have soaked into the marble. It has the 4 inch holes on top to take the standard faucet holes.

This Glacier Bay 18 and 1/2 inch bath vanity is perfect for our small narrow bathroom in our 100 year old home. I was surprised by the generous storage area under the sink for batroom necessities. Also, the one piece cultured marble top makes it easy to clean. It's pre drilled for a 4 inch spread faucet and comes with a satin nickel cabinet knob and adjustable concealed hinges. Very easy to install

The GLACIER BAY SHAILA 18-1/2 IN. W BATH VANITY IN WHITE WITH CULTURED MARBLE VANITY TOP IN WHITE WITH WHITE SINK is a good choice for a small bathroom or powder room. This cabinet and sink combination would also be good for a rental unit or a cheaper remodeling project. The cabinet looks nice but is a basic cabinet with just the one door. The cabinet comes fully assembled and just requires the sink to be installed. The back is open so no cutting is required to get the plumbing to the sink. The sink itself has a three hole setup for the faucet, it looks and feels to be a good quality and has some weight to it. The sink is more on the shallow side too. I would recommend this for a entry-level remodeling job or a basement bathroom maybe. That being said, it is still a good quality it just doesn't look high end.
