We had this faucet for a little over a year and the spiral hose all of a sudden broke and water is spraying out from several locations. Really disappointed to be already replacing it after undergoing a complete kitchen remodel last year.

Before installing this faucet, disassemble the valve body and remove the valve cartridge. Once you have it out, look inside the body and remove the blue plastic piece with a pair of needle nose pliers or a pic hook. Looking inside the blue plastic (strainer) piece, you'll find a tiny, dark brown o-ring. Once that o-ring (restrictor) has been removed, this will be the only faucet you'll ever want to own! This will solve the complaints of low flow and pressure. Install and enjoy

Delivered in timely manner. The fit was just right. Got better water stream and pressure. Love the spray nozzle. Also it fit just right in my motor home.

This kitchen faucet was installed in a brand new kitchen with normal use. It was broken a year later. This is not a quality faucet and won't last. This is absolutely astonishing how cheaply it made.

Junk. I had this faucet under 2 years and the hose busted and water sprays everywhere. My last faucet from another brand was in my sink for over 15 years. The warranty was not honored because I misplaced the receipt and threw the box away. This style of spring faucet may be a defect for this brand.

Easiest install ever - even for 2nd island sink into cutout in cabinet

Nice faucet. But after 2 years now it leaks. They should provide a new cartridge. Spoke with a rep, says they don't. Thats not right. I'm trying to find the right cartridge. Very frustrating. I'm a pro builder & wont use this brand again.
