It has plenty of space to store skates, helmets, and gloves on the shelves. The hanging bar is a nice option to hang jerseys and other workout clothing. I highly recommend this cabinet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GearClosiet is large and versatile. It’s very roomy to hold anything you want. I’m using this to store sports and outerwear and other items in the garage. The hanging bar can fit many things and it comes with two shelves so. In addition to the floor of the cabinet it gives you three places to put more things. I am using that for boots cleats snow shoes and other sports gear. Could use it for many different things. The directions were easy to follow to assemble it in the hardware came in an organized package. What was terrific was that there are various configurations that you can do so that you can put the shelves higher or lower with one above the bar one below the bar or both below the bar etc so that it meets your storage needs. This cabinet can sit on the feet right on the garage floor as we are using it or you can mount it on gear track on the wall (if you have gear track on the wall and have the metal hangers). It is the same height as the other large cabinets from Gladiator. Given house versatile, sturdy, spacious and easy to assemble it is, it is a great choice to help organize the garage, Basement or home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my cabinet and couldn't be more pleased. The box was dented so I was worried it would be damaged. The packaging was so good it didn't damage the panels. I have put togeter a few of the Gladiator cabinets, so I am familar with how to put them together. I do look at the instructions to verify pieces and direction they get assembled. I do believe on of the pictures shows the top panel being put on upside down. It becomes apparent when the holes don't match up. The finished side goes up not down. Other than that it goes together fast. I am a 54 year old woman and i put it together by myself. I had some wheels from another cabinet, that I had mounted to the wall, I was planning on using on this cabinet. It did not have the holes to allow me to use them. I had assumed they would all have the ability. The directions show mounting the shelves in a way the clothes wouldn't of hung correct. I changed it to look like a picture online and it is sturdy. The cabinet is great. My husband will love keeping his fishing and hunting clothes in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cabinet was very well packaged and no damage was noted on any parts. The individual parts are made well and completed coating with paint. No bare spots or thinning areas. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The assembly is quick with no assembly issues. The doors are easy to adjust and open and shut flawlessly. I wish the adjustable feet had the ability to adjust them from the inside of the cabinet. A simple flat on the end would work. I used vise grip pliers to adjust the feet from the inside. Overall this cabinet is very well constructed and should last many generations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: I would buy another. Looks great with my other Gladiator gear Things I love: I like how it seems to hold up well. I’ve been sliding stuff in and out of the unit for the past week and it looks just as good as it did the day it arrived. Changing the height of a shelf is extremely easy. Just a quick tap and angle one side higher. Another thing I’ve noticed over time is how I’ve grown to appreciate the deepness of the unit. Most wall units are only 18” deep while this is a full 24” which makes it great for tools! I’m actually going to store my sawblades on the rod too! Things that could be improved: Instructions for building it could be a bit crisper. I initially put one of the side panels on backwards. It only took a few bolts to correct the mistake. I wish at a minimum the bottom could hold a much higher load. One of my main intents for this cabinet was to store a few of my heavier, bulkier tools out of the way such as my DeWalt planer. It weighs 92 lbs so it is questionable if any shelve could support it, much less even with something else with it in the remaining space. While assembling, namely screwing the back pieces on, some of the threads seemed to be a bit weak and could be stripped by only hand.

The written directions were very easy and intuitive to follow, and I would highly suggest following their recommendation to have two people on hand to install. This is a large item, and is too heavy for one person to lift upright once the majority of the assembly is complete. Altogether, it took us about 2 hours to put together from removing from packaging to setting up and leveling. The cabinet itself is generously spacious, and has ample space to hold all of our winter/riding motorcycle gear, including several jackets/armored shirts, several helmets, as well as gloves and other items. It is sturdy, well-made and the diamond plated steel doors contrast well with the body of the cabinet, which is black. It's also a great start for our "garage" themed kitchen, that we had been planning to start later in the year, but fortunately got an early start on! Can't wait to add to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey guys, Being a fan of Gladiator products for my work area, when I was browsing and saw this closet with a clothes bar, I knew immediately the wife would approve. Needing extra storage for seasonal clothing has been an issue and this was the perfect answer. Assembly was so easy , the cabinet has three heavy duty shelves that hold up to 50lbs each . The quality of this cabinet is excellent and durable enough to last a lifetime. Very attractive and solved our issue of needing extra storage space . This would also be ideal for any sports fan, work out gear and attire, and especially nice for hunting clothing /gear. We were well pleased and would recommend this multi -functional gear closet to everyone. Who doesn't need more space? 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Ready to Assemble All-Season Gear Closet this week and couldn't wait to put it together. This is my second Gladiator storage unit, so my expectations were high, and I wasn't disappointed. They do such a good job packaging these storage units and as such, my unit arrived perfectly. The instructions are really well written, and the installation went extremely smooth. All holes aligned, all parts were included and well labeled, and after about an hour the closet was assembled. It's a perfect size and I can't wait to start using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Gladiator All-Season GearCloset today. I needed storage space for a number of tools and my welding clothes. This cabinet fit the bill perfectly! It was delivered in a single box that I laid down on the floor and opened to inspect the contents. Everything looked like it was well packed and nothing was damaged or missing. After unpacking and sorting the various components, I started assembly. All the hardware came neatly packed in a blister pack, so cutting the blisters open, I sorted the hardware in order of assembly. The instruction pamphlet provides good diagrams and detailed instructions for assembly. Using a Phillips bit and a hex bit in a compact impact driver made assembly quick and easy. The instructions say it may take two people to assemble but I did it myself without any problem in about 20 minutes. The arrangement of the back panel is a bit of genius--you get a rigid structure with smaller panels by the way they overlap and are fastened together. This sure keeps the shipping package smaller and more manageable. I especially liked the way hanging slots are provided for the doors, making installation much easier. Put one screw in at the top, hang the hinged door, add a screw at the bottom and adjust the vertical location of the door on the frame to provide clearance all around. Finish up with the remaining screws and repeat on the other door. The manual says the load limit on the shelves is 50 lbs each, but based on what I see, that's a conservative estimate. I guess it depends on how the weight is distributed but I can see where considerably more weight could be accommodated if properly distributed. Overall, the fit and finish on this cabinet is excellent, as you might expect from Gladiator. I have three other storage cabinets and several workbenches and have never been disappointed by the quality of Gladiator products. Assembly was easy, everything lined up perfectly and I now have a great looking storage locker in my workshop.

Packaged well and easy to handle box considering the closet is 72” tall assembled. I was initially concerned on how sturdy the Gear Closet may be as I unpacked the wall panels. Individually, the wall panels seemed thin and flimsy. After completing the assembly of the Gear Closet, I am happy with how sturdy and solid it stands. The 2 adjustable shelves are easy to move but are only secured by 4 tabs to the side walls. While they do support up to 50lbs each, this may limit any ideas of repurposing the Gear Closet for storing items that are very heavy. The Gear Closet is rated to hold 300lbs total. The Gear Closet does not use a lot of space and I like the style. There is no door lock but that is not a concern at this time. I will be storing seasonal gear in the closet as intended. This will be helpful to keep the kids gear organized in my garaged rather than thrown around or misplaced inside my home. Overall, I am pleased with the Gear Closet. It fits perfectly into existing space and will help organize my garage. I do wish that the shelves and closet were capable of holding more weight. Over time, I expect that I would want to repurpose the closet for more than just gear. For the purpose of storing gear, this closet is good quality and value. I have other Gladiator products and I am happy with all products so far. The Gladiator All-Season Gear Closet gives me the storage capability that I am looking for and the look of a commercial garage as I continue to update my garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My second Gladiator Garageworks cabinet and very happy with what I received. I had bought the other unit, different style, many years ago and it came mostly preassembled. The first one I brought home was damaged so had to take back and get another one and that was a pain! So, I liked how this new unit was packaged as there was no damage to any of the parts. For the assembly, I had the box in my garage and wanted the unit in my basement. So, given how heavy the box was and being by myself, I took the parts down and staged them. The unboxing, taking the parts to the basement, and recycling of the packing material and box took about 30 minutes. For the assembly, I did it by myself but having another person would be a big plus and a few of the initial assembly steps would be a bit easier. I followed the manual and did not find any problems and maybe the only suggestion would be to but all of the back parts on at one time and then screw them down. Also, another big plus was all of the parts were labeled and as stated earlier nothing was damaged and all of the parts lined up perfectly. Once assembled I checked all of the screws to make sure they were tightened down and then leveled the unit. The feet are solidly build and easy to adjust so the leveling was very easy. The total time for assembly was approximately 1 hour but if I had stayed on task it would probably been more like 30-40 minutes and maybe even less if two people did it. So, final thoughts: I would definitely purchase more Gladiator Garageworks units as this unit was solidly build, easy to assemble and looks great. I like the storage inside and while not used yet, the closet feature is a plus if we eventually decide to hang coats, jackets, or workout gear. A lot of bang for the buck and I'll definitely be looking to add more units in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have eagerly awaited the delivery of my new Ready-to-Assemble All-Season GearCloset, and was surprised a few days days ago to receive a request for an overdue review of a cabinet that hadn’t yet been delivered. Shipment took longer than expected, with the package arriving only today. It might be helpful to provide a phone number or email address for a contact at Gladiator to facilitate better communication about shipping dates and review timing. The cabinet arrived well packaged, with no damage, and it was easy to unpack the clearly labeled parts. It definitely helps to have two persons to assemble the cabinet, and a careful reading of the instructions is important since we found that it is easy to assemble a section and later find that pre-drilled screw holes are on the wrong side, requiring duplicate work. Even with a little trial and error, we achieved a successful outcome in a couple of hours from unboxing to finish. Like all our Gladiator gear, the cabinet is well engineered, sturdy, and attractive. Its versatile features include the ability to configure the shelves and hanging rod in different ways, adjustable feet for uneven floors (it would be nice to be able to adjust the feet from inside the cabinet), and quality piano hinge doors that were relatively easy to adjust for a perfect fit. We will use our cabinet primarily to store such diverse items as winter coats and other weather gear, work shoes, extra laundry supplies, garbage bags, and other items. It will provide us with a much more organized, neater garage. When it comes to quality and durability, Gladiator exceeds all expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with this newest addition to our Gladiator system. Thank you Gladiator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a unit to store all of our children's shoes, coats, and sports equipment. This unit definitely solved the need! We have a garage full of Gladiator products, so install was very familiar. You just have to ensure the panels are facing correctly, the rest takes care of itself. Total install time was 90 minutes, including the inevitable interruptions and rework missteps. It's worth noting that the unit arrived with a dented top lid. It's just cosmetic and did not affect the installation. The unit is tall enough no-one will ever notice. Lastly, note the unit is very deep. Most of my other Gladiator products are 18" deep, this is 24". It presented a bit of a challenge to line up in the garage, but with some shuffling around we found a perfect spot for it. I am very glad we have this unit, and would recommend it to anyone needing to store their gear.

Familiar with the Gladiator brand already and their quality of product as we already have a shelving unit in our garage, we jumped at the chance to add such a crucial piece to our inventory to help with the organization of our garage. I've attached and detailed pictures of the start, assemble process, and finished product to show everyone what to expect. The closet was well packaged inside the box with enough extras to keep everything in pristine condition, but not so much to generate tons of waste. While the instructions weren't as clear as he would have liked, my husband was able to put the entire thing together all by himself. He never once asked for my help even holding something which I believe to be a big pro since I know not everyone would have someone to assist in assembly. Now that it's put together, the style is absolutely perfect for our garage and we intend to continue with the theme. One of the best things about this closet is that it has pegs on the bottom that will adjust so you can ensure it it level with the garage floor. As you can see from our photos, we have it near the entrance of the garage door where the floor starts to slope, but the shelves themselves are completely level! As the weather gets warmer, my husband plans to turn it into his car washing station with all his towels, products, and accessories for the power washer. For now, my 58 pound daughter has found a new hiding spot and the shelves don't give a single creak or bow signaling any difficulty holding her weight. No problem whatsoever! All-in-all, this GearCloset seems to be of the same high quality standard of Gladiator products we have come to expect. The only need for improvement I see has to do with the instructions for assembly and not the product itself. Even still, my husband got it together with relative ease. We highly recommend!

Very easy job. had it together and filled will my motorcycle gear in about 1.5 hours. Everything fit very well. 5 jackets along with 6 helmets and lots of other stuff with plenty of room to spare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gladiator Ready-to-Assemble All-Season Gear Closet was well packed and arrived in good condition. I assembled the cabinet by myself in a little over an hour with no issues. The cabinet appears to be solid, well designed, and it looks good in my garage. The ability to mount the hanging rod at the top of the cabinet or under one of the shelves is a nice feature and makes the cabinet very versatile. I loaded up the shelves with some of my reloading equipment and supplies. The shelves are study and do not bow from the weight. A third shelf would be a welcome addition to the cabinet to allow for organizing and storing smaller items. The leveling feet are useful to allow for uneven or sloped floors. However, it would be handy if the leveling feet had a screwdriver slot or hex head on the top of them so you could adjust them from inside the cabinet.

The cabinets were easy to assemble. The shelving is easy to place and move up or down. It is easy to level them with the leg levelers that come with them. These cabinets can hold a lot of stuff.

Great product, use it for my motorcycle gear. Adjustable shelving and the hanger makes for a great addition to any motorcyclists garage.

I acquired a set of the garage cabs, including 2 freestanding units, workbench, 2 short cabinets/casters and 2 wall units. The instructions were clear and all pieces fit together perfectly; when they didn't, I had a piece in the wrong position. Included 1 extra screw/bolt for each type, so I was not always fretting about losing a piece. I assembled almost everything together by myself. Finished product looks great and very sturdy.

I love that their are two shelves, plus a clothing bar and extra storage on the bottom to store shoes and boots. I'm happy with the overall look and the sturdiness of the cabinet. I love that it has leveler's on bottom of cabinet to keep leveled with the garage floor. It was definitely worth the purchased and I look forward to purchasing more pieces in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this cabinet and I am impressed with the ease of assembly. They really went all out to ensure that it was sturdy and easy to put together. The heavy duty steel construction should hold up for many years. Also, as fasteners are used, the stability of the cabinet is phenomenal! The only tiny detail I would change is actually hardening the Allen wrench so that it last through the assembly process. Had to get a different one actually made from tool steel. Otherwise I am very impressed with this cabinet and will be looking to add more to my garage in the future.

well engineered for assembly, well made. Keyhole for attaching doors is genius. tabs at the top and bottom of the side panels also genius allows for easy alignment and assembly. I am very satisfied after 1 month.

This unit does take a few minutes to assemble but the finished product is nice and durable. I actually have it in my garage which is detached from the house and it is a great option for storing boots and stuff that you don't want to keep in the house. I also use it for my quick access tools that I use alot. It makes it easy to put them away and out of sight but have quick access to them. I do notice the bottom of the doors are lined up flush but it's not a refrigerator so it isn't that important to me. I would like to have more of these products to use in the garage.

OVERALL: Put together like a tank. Panel back gives unit great rigidity. Doors look great as all Gladiator units do. Easy to assemble - 2 hours. Adjustable legs with plastic base. Third shelf would be useful. APPEARANCE: The finish, hammered granite, looks great, almost like an acid finish. Door have great finish to look tread plate. Looks great inside and out. STABILITY: Very rigid for a hollow box this size. Comes mostly from the interlocked panels in the back, but the frame is very solid even before the back is put on. Good connectors make good product. SHELVES: Two full size shelves can be loaded on any slot, each about a foot apart for various combinations. Say 90lb load, should hold that easily. No way to lock shelf in, a little inconvenient, could modify with a bolt through the side. Really wish there was a third shelf. Will look to add one for versatility. CLOSET ROD: Very strong, can be bolted to top of frame. Almost did a chin up on it. Bar will flex at around 100lbs in my testing, but the connectors and sides showed no signs of buckling.

Great looking and very functional. Lots of storage room to put anything. Includes hanging rod, to hang clothes or other items. Quality made, great construction. Easy to put together, each peace has a little white sticker on it. These stickers tell you with arrows which way the product is put together. It really took minutes to have it all together. Steel closet that will hold up in any shop. The hammered granite look is very sharp. Adjustable hanging rod supports 90 pounds. 300 pound total storage for the unit. Deep shelves. Strong and durable. Leveler legs for any floor shape. Once I had it all together it did not take me long to fill it up. This product will add a great storage function to any shop. I really liked the leveler legs, because my garage floor is not level.
