Beautiful light! Looks perfect on my front porch! Easy to install and lightweight.

This Globe Electric Sansa 1-Light Black Outdoor/Indoor Hanging Pendant is a high quality, nice looking light. I love the geometric style of it. We have a smaller outdoor covered deck and this is going to look absolutely stunning hanging from the vaulted roof / ceiling. I will be using and recommend using a vintage style edison led light bulb to perfectly compliment it. As always, if you are not comfortable or experienced with wiring and electricity, do the safe thing and hire an electrician to do the installation safely and correctly. I highly recommend this wall mounted sconce light. You will not be dissapointed.

Just installed it a few days ago. Installation was simple and quick. Great modern looking fixture gave my front porch a much needed updated look. I really like the black finish it looks great with the gray and white paint on my home. It came with plenty of chain to hang it from and seems well made. It lights up good area even lights up part of the yard.

I finally found a light my wife liked for our stairway. The light can be hung outside, but we chose to use it indoors. I did have to modify it slightly: my wife wanted me to use a downrod instead of the chain that it came with. You don't need to use the glass part of the pendant if you don't want to if you're concerned about having to clean it. However, as long as you can reach it with a step-step stool or a short ladder, it's easy to reach up inside and clean it. The pendant does not come with a bulb, which I prefer because it allows me to choose a bulb that suits my tastes.

I ordered this hanging pendant for my guest bathroom I have a high ceiling and it looks gorgeous. The black color is great. The design is fantastic it was very easy to install the middle glass into the lamp. You can make it as long or short as you wish. The lamp is light weight and the assembly is very easy we took no more than 15- 20 minutes to hang.

This is a very attractive hanging pendant lamp, crafted in heavy gauge welded steel wire. It is finished in matt black, with a pleasing geometric shape that showcases a beautiful clear glass globe that shines with a gentle glow from a single standard base lightbulb. You can select from a wide choice of styles in incandescent, LED or gas flicker bulbs, up to 60 watts. Depending on the selection of the bulb and the wall switch, it can also be dimmable, which is a nice option. A matching sculptured ceiling plate with a ring to attach the chain and mounting hardware is included, as is a long black steel chain that can be easily trimmed to the exact length you need. The wiring is code compliant, high quality, and it is designed to quickly and easily connect the lamp to a standard electrical box either recessed in the ceiling for interior use, or surface mounted under a solid exterior surface such as a roof peak or porch ceiling, in which case a weathertight box is called for. Weather tightness is exceptionally well done with this lamp, including a water-resistant seal at the wire pass-thru at the top of the lamp, and a close-fitting globe design that protects the bulb very well from heavy weather if it is to be installed outside. I was pleased to note that this manufacturer, Globe Electric, has several other quality lamps in their Sansa Collection, including wall mounted sconces that are also available at Home Depot. They are all a very close match to this ceiling chain mounted version in style and finish. If you like this one as much as I do, you can complement it with other choices and mounting styles to create an attractive theme either indoors or outside, as this group of lamps is designed and finished to look great wherever you place them. I selected this lamp as the centerpiece for a black steel and canvass pagoda style gazebo on my deck, and I am very pleased with the look. A photo is attached.
