I had my kitchen remodel and this lights look great, I had someone work on my remodel and they installed them for me but it didn't seem hard to install at all, but if you're not a do it yourself kind of guy I suggest you hire someone.

These lights look great but the way they are assembled...
These lights look great but the way they are assembled is very delicate. If they are jostled or banged into, the inner glass column will make contact with the outer column and can break. Also, the holes where the pins holding everything together and in alignment are not reinforced and can easily spall (enlarge) when stressed by sudden jostling of the light. If a child throws a ball in the room and it hits this light, be prepared to replace it, and remember, kids are kids. But, it's otherwise a very nice light.

not a well thought out product
Overpriced at $59 not worth more than $25. (3) conductors inside a twisted silver plastic coated sheath that’s kinked and will not straighten out! Thin walled top plat mounts to bent plate attaches to your ceiling mounted eletrical Box. Clearance between top plate and ceiling makes it difficult to attach (2) screws!

Looks great. Easy to install - no having to go back to the store for longer or shorter screws, or any other parts. Cord length was set perfectly for my 10 foot ceilings.
And it uses a standard lightbulb, the least expensive kind of LED available.

I love the way it looks, but the two glass shades do not hang evenly with each other. One of them...
I love the way it looks, but the two glass shades do not hang evenly with each other. One of them is a little crooked. They are also difficult to install since there are two of them and they're not the same height, so it's hard to hold the shades in one hand and install the posts with the other, but with a second person it is possible. Overall it looks fantastic though.
