Quality pan for large meals, non-stick for a good price.

very light weight. did make mark when cutting with a knife.

I was wanting something heavier but why? I equated heavy with quality. Not so. These are lighter weight but fantastic for chemical free non-stick cooking. They work great on my induction range and I don't break my arm pouring the contents into a serving dish.

great pan, we have an induction stove top, and it works great, Extremely easy to clean up. We have many of these Gotham Steel Hammered Copper pieces, and they are great. We had purchased another set, another brand, for twice as much, and it did not hold up at all.

It's handle is not cool to touch that means be aware you can burn your hands while using it...and it's inner surface scratches easily as if is parchment paper.Definitely I am NOT recommending this product.

Please beware that its handle does NOT stay cool while cooking,I contacted Gotham corporate directly and told them that and they mailed me another pan.I discontinued the use of the first pan that I purchased from homedepot,but even the second pan I got from Gotham corp.directly its handle gets hot while cooking.Other than that it very good to cook with it.

Excellent non-stick pan one quick wipe with mild dish soap rinse and wipe dry. I have the whole set and they stand out hanging above my stove.

What a nice pan too bad I had to return it. It's a huge pan I couldn't hang it above my stove and it didn't fit in any of my cabinets, again it's a really nice pan.

Excellent frying pan, non stick is wonderful and the appearance is beautiful.

This pan is not flat--it's slightly domed in the center so liquid flows to the edges causing uneven cooking. Bacon on the outer edges of pan cooked faster, and eggs slid to the outer edges.

There are many non-stick cooking utensils out there, but we chose these Gotham "Hammered Copper” utensils specifically because they were “hard anodized” and not a teflon or similar plastic type coating that can eventually wear off (and maybe into your food). Hard anodization does not come off, and is very difficult to even scratch. I know because I have had many aluminum boat engine parts hard anodized for that very reason… it does not wear nor scratch under any normal circumstance, and most times, not even under unusual circumstances! And… the hammered look really adds some class... plus, these work on our Induction cooktop perfectly, but also work on gas or electric cook tops as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this Gotham Steel 14'' Hammered Pan with lid about a month ago and I must say, I love this pan. No light weight here, the hammered Gothan Steel makes this pan heavy duty. I have cooked a lot of meals in this pan and each time it has not let me down. It is truly non stick and it is a breeze to clean. The best part? I can cook a meal in it for my WHOLE family. I have a family of 6 and now I am able to cook for them and have everyone eat at the same time. No more cooking in batches. I cooked 12 good sized hamburgers in it at the same time, no problem. I practically use this pan everyday. Great product!

The hammered copper is so pretty and the non-stick surface makes cooking a breeze. Not to heavy and comes with a nice lid. I use this pan almost everyday and has held up perfectly. Will be adding more pieces from this collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gotham Steel hammered design pan is 14". It comes with a tempered glass lid. This is my favorite pan. I use it daily. I cook everything in it. Nothing sticks to this pan and I don't even have to use butter or oil. I can even use it in the oven. The handle stays cool. It is very easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher which is great. It is very durable and quite heavy. I would definitely recommend this pan.

Obviously, appearance isn’t what’s most important when it comes to pans, but this pan cooks well too. Unlike every other nonstick pan I’ve ever used, this gorgeous pan won’t scratch even if I use metal utensils!!! And I don’t have to use butter or oil with it which is HUGE for someone like me who is watching her calories. I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this pan EXCEPT that the box refers to this pan as, “lightweight” -it’s not. It’s a lot heavier than any pan I own. However, I like that it’s heavy … It’s very sturdy and it makes me feel like it’s even higher quality!!!

Nothing sticks and I really like that I can brown my ingredients on the stove top and because it is oven safe, I can then finish my recipe in the oven. Only one dirty pan to make my meal and the clean up on this pan is simple since nothing sticks to it. I am trying to eat healthier and the fact that I don't have to use any grease or oil in the pan really helps so I am not adding any extra fats to my meals. This pan is really large so it can easily cook enough food for a crowd. I really like this pan and will be looking to buy more sizes to add to it.

I love the large generous size and the handles on both ends which makes it easier for carrying when its full. I absolutely love this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best heavy duty pan with lid that i ever had. Gotham makes superb items that are built to last. Can go on stove and yes even in the oven. You can even use your metal utensils in this without ruining this.

We absolutely love this pan! I'm going to get more in other sizes.

I only used it once since I bought it. I was expecting that the side height was 5 inches, but the actual height was only 2 1/2 inches.

Nice pan. So far has not lost the finish, and cleans easily. Had it now for about a month.
