I bought this in November after Mo. had 4-5 snows. Only now having an opportunity to try it. Had 12 to 15in this weekend.
Being realistic I went and did drive and back yard for pups as it was snowing. When it looked like there was about 4in I went to clear it again. Worked great throwing snow far enough to get it off my 2car drive . More than 24hrs of snow driveway clear.
For what it is intended for it worked great. For how I expected it would worked was better than expected.
Only bad was dealing with cord. So impressed going to get the 80volt system next year.
Let me down hardly ever used not really too much to say about it except I'm going to have to clean out my garage in this thing is going to be out on the curb

Hello Kenny G
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the 13 Amp 20-Inch Corded Snow Thrower w/LED Lights, 2600202. We would like to assist you further, but we do require some additional information from you. Please note, this Snow Thrower comes with a four (4) year warranty. Since we are unsure what the issue is with your unit, we suggest contacting our customer support center at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on email@example.com and one of our representatives will be able to go through some troubleshooting options with you. If necessary, we can also discuss the warranty process and what your next step would be. All we ask is that when you're contacting Greenworks, you have your serial number, date of purchase and model number ready so we can help you best. In the meantime, we recommend checking the extension cord, a very important part of any tool’s performance is getting it enough power to run correctly however, it is a consideration which is sometimes overlooked. Select cords that are rated to handle the wattage of the devices with which they'll be used. A cord's gauge indicates its size, the smaller the number, the larger the wire and the more electrical current the cord can safely handle. Also consider the length you'll need. Longer cords can't handle as much current as shorter cords of the same gauge. For outdoor projects, use only extension cords marked for outdoor use. We hope this information was helpful.
I bought one this morning. Their were no instructions inside the box. I was able to assemble it but it took me a while to figure out the safety start. I used a 20 foot cord for as long as the cord would stretch than added another cord for the bottom of my driveway. I love this snow thrower and am glad I bought it. My driveway is shoveled & it took half the time and my arms won't ache from shoveling. I recommend this product
Very bad product. I was excited about using the electric one since I don't like gas and battery powered is not powerful enough and expensive. Worked like a charm the 1st time. 2nd time, I did one pass. Ended up in the wet snow area. Stopped suddenly and now it does not start. Now, to fix it if I need to send it somewhere I need to pay for that myself.
My wife gave this model for Christmas, I have a 12x20 foot deck that I use it on. One storm we had 27 inches of snow and I couldn't get to it right away. Anyway the blower blew all the snow from the deck, I had to work it a little but it held up fine. I even do some paths around the house. I'll rate this product 5 stars. One problem I did have is fitting a three prong plug in the plug area, the collar around the prongs was egg shaped, but I heated it up and put a hose clamp around it to keep it's shape.

I was given the snow blower 2600202 and was excited by the gift. I used it once and it stopped working while clearing a driveway. Won't come back on. Kicked the right side of the blower and the motor came back on but didn't stay on. I didn't expect this.

We are sorry to hear of the challenge you've had with Greenworks 13-AMP 20 Inch Snow Thrower, model 2600202.
Sometimes if the unit is being used with the incorrect extension cord, one that is the incorrect gauge or length, it can cause the unit to not start. We understand your frustration but if you could contact us, we can discuss your experience with you and offer you some troubleshooting tips that you may find helpful. Our customer support center can be reached at 1-888-909-6757 where a representative will be happy to assist you.
Had this about a year. It always worked great. Today the discharge chute won't rotate fully to the right. When rotated to the left the handle position doesn't go as far as it used to. I think the gears have slipped.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear the discharge chute is not functioning.
It sounds as if the gears inside of your snow thrower have become misaligned and that is why the chute can turn all the way one way and not the other. You can realign the gears by removing the gear bracket, then removing the 2 #20 Torx screws. With the chute facing directly ahead, the gears can be aligned. To have the correct chute movement, the gears should line up. Please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on email@example.com one of our team members would be happy to walk through the steps with you or email a PDF instructional guide.
It's worth noting, on occasion and when the right conditions occur the chute may freeze, it happens. There are different types of ice and snow repellent that can be used to help with this issue. After clearing the snow, allow the motor run for a few minutes so that the ice doesn’t freeze any moving parts. Then shut off the motor, wait for all moving parts to come to a complete stop, and wipe the ice and snow off the snow thrower. Rotate the chute crank several times in order to remove the snow from the snow thrower.
We hope this information was helpful. We look forward to speaking to you.
