It is most certainly not 'easy' to install. I wish they would make it more pliable. Me and the guy who helped me do it had sore fingers for a few days after finishing the job. It looks great! But man, it does not just 'snap on.' Imagine that there is intense pressure AGAINST snapping on and you have to exert a ton of thumb pressure into your fingers - every inch of the ceiling grid.

I struggled to put them on, couldn’t find detailed instructions (there is one side you should start with) and for my configuration, it left gaps. Ended up not working and i pulled off, but couldn’t return since it was damaged.

They were relatively easy to install. However, the grid cover is not universal to all drop ceiling grid pieces, it was too big for some of the grid that was installed in my home by a previous owner.

The covers have given new life to an old drop ceiling.

Actually, I only needed 50 sq. ft. and will be returning the other 50. Anyhow, once I figured out that I had to push on the thicker side first and snap on the shorter, it was easy installing them and less painful on my thumbs! Glad they're was a little extra left over so I didn't have to start the other box!

It was mostly easy to install. A little hard on the fingers in some spots. But really brightened up the room!

If it were not notched it would be just perfect, I am trying to reach the MFG. to see if they will sell the same kit "unnotched"

The side rails snap on but the interior bars of the grid are really more of a "slide on". Other than that, they look great!

look great but hard to snap in place easy to cut .two foot pieces were easy to install but four foot were hard

I decided to try the grid covers before investing in a new ceiling in my kitchen. They provided a nice clean surface and are easy to clean. I had a problem with installing the crossbars. About half of them would not snap on the way it is described in the video or the way that the long pieces did. I am unsure if this is because of some problem with the grid that was installed in my kitchen or that I have small hands, but it is frustrating. Even so, the look is great and I will do this again.

The 4-foot covers are designed to cover both main tees and 4-foot cross tees. These covers are notched every 24 inches, which works well for main tees that have cross tees intersecting every 24 inches. In a 2x4 ceiling, though, 4-foot cross tees do not have other tees intersecting them. So now, with these covers on, my 4-foot cross tees have visibile notches in the sides of them. It is not clean looking, it looks like a mistake. This brand of covers may be less expensive than other sets out there, but I think this is not the set to buy if you have a 2x4 grid. Would work well if you have a 2x2 grid, though.

Unbelievable ! Changed the look of the grid and was easy ! Includes slide on pieces for the wall mouldings too . Love it !

they went on easy and makes the grid look new, easier than taking them down and painting them.

Everything you need to change the look of your old suspended ceiling grid. I did a total bathroom makeover and I did not want to have to change the ceiling. The tiles were still fine, but the gold grid was going to clash with the silver hardware. The product was very easy to install. You can leave the existing tiles in place and the covers just snap in place. They gave the ceiling a 3d look. I was skeptical about the product, since it was not available at the store. But I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend this product.

The grid covers are very easy to install. much easier that the stick up kind, which do not cover the sides of the grid. Cutting is kept to a minimum

The Grid-MAX ceiling grid covers attached fairly easily, and saved us from having to go through the grief of painting the old, worn-out grids. Excellent product.

this ceiling grid cover just snaps right over the old grid and makes it look brand new for over half the price. it makes the job much easier.

This is an excellent product. It is easy to install and looks fantastic when installation is completed. The use of the grid covers saves considerable time and money. With the grid covers you do not have to replace the old grid system or you do not have to paint the grid to make it look like new. I would recommend the use of this product.
