I have not noticed any change yet and I said I will give it a shot since it is not fair to say that it does not work versus a system that built mineral deposits for the past 10 years but the device broke and malfunctioned after 8 months. The device's light indicator kept turning to red after several tries of turning it on and off. It will turn to blue and remain for about 3 minutes then turns back to red. Red indicates that there is a power issue per troubleshooting guide in the manual. The warranty says 3 years but if its actual life is good for 7 to 8 months then what would be the motivation to keep it?

This is a zero maintenance way to condition water to reduce mineral buildup. I use this on a two family building to get more life out of the water heaters and faucets. I know from past experience these do work. It was a bit tricky to install because it requires a wire to be wrapped around a pipe. Once that is done connecting the unit is a snap. Then all that is needed is to plug it in. I like how simple it is and basically no maintenance is required.

This H2O elite seems to working like mfg said it would on well water.Very happy with results as of right now.Kind of hard to make a double wrap on 1/2” coccus pipe.

Installing the H2oElite took a little bit of time. The installation video on the companys webside could have been better. It is an animation, and I always do better with real people showing how to install a product.That being said it me over 2 hours to install as I had to double wrap the copper pipe that supplies our water. Its been about a week that is has been in use and have already noticed the water seems softer - bathtub/shower floor seem more slippery. Will have to get a water test kit to be sure.

I've had this for about 6 weeks and I'm finding that my water is starting to look and feel better. The biggest change is how long it takes to get hot water to the other side of the house.

Installed this device about 1 1/2 years ago and never imagined it would work but it does. I have used expensive water softener systems in the past and this device is so much better and easy. We live in the Northeast with hard water. Before, the dishwasher had to be run with Lemmi shine once a week. My wife thought our new dishwasher was not good or not working well. Shower doors were showing build up a few days after cleaning. Now, dishwasher NEVER needs Lemmi shine, shower doors have greatly reduced build up and easier to clean. Water feels softer and tastes better too! Highly recommend.

It has been in operation WITH a traditional water softener (prior to the softener) for a year. When the water softener runs out of salt or 'bridges', my soft water disappears. So, what is the H2O doing?

Product is tedious to install, I have been using just over a year and no remarkable difference. I suspect some of the variation in results maybe due to location/ region, I am in AZ. I purchased one for my residence and one for a rental property I own, both had no positive noticable results.

If you have very hard water, don't waste your money. I used Sofcheck water test strips and our water is very hard. This device was installed and after 5-6 months, we couldn't honestly say that we noticed a difference.

I've had one of these running for a little over two months now and I notice zero different. I contacted the manufacture a couple times to make sure it was connected properly and everything was functioning as designed.

The install was easy . However, I was not able to note an improvement in the water quality. I used a water quality measurement device. Perhaps our SOCAL is just too hard.

I installed this myself, fairly easy to do. Instructions were easy to follow. Toughest part was wrapping the coil since I had to do that in my crawl space with not much room to work. Installed the unit itself in the laundry room above the water supply and drilled holes in the floor to run the wires down into the crawlspace. My water is 12 GPG (Very Hard) and this unit is supposed to take 90 days to really work well as it takes that long to clean the scale in the existing pipes. After a week or so of use, we noticed more calcium spots in the sinks as expected from the pipes clearing, and they were easy to clean as compared to the really hard water spots before. It's been over a month now and the the biggest thing we've noticed is the water feels different in the shower and our hair washes better. So, unit appears to be doing what it says it does. Only downside I can think of is the blue lights stay on all the time to show that it is working. It'd be nice if there was a way to turn them off.

Electronic water conditioner installed for about 2 weeks and can't tell yet if it has made any improvement in quality of water as I have a R. O system. It may take some time. It came with instructions to place in operation. The first one received did not light up when pluged in so it was returned and Home Depot assisted in process.

I'm really impressed with this product. After doing a little research on the technology and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I'm very impressed with this so far. I have only been using it for a few weeks. I have city water and it is no longer hard! My water was not really hard but enough for me to try this out. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who has hard water.

I have one on the park model. Added another one for the shed that has a washer separate water. House worked soo well I added another one

It's been a few months and I have seen a difference. I don't see near as much calcium buildup on my shower heads or in my faucet. I have to say this was about the easiest set up. You literally wrap and plug. If you have a hard time with it there are several videos on installation. Also don't forget to do the test! I would recommend it.

Hopefully it will be a better device that will last. Customer service is a 5!

easy to install. i believe it made a difference, been about a month and a half and the hot water feels like it's hotter than it used to be. Only time will tell

Have had this a little over a year and this thing works. We have a well and have problems with sitting while causing build up especially in toilet tank and bowls and coffee machines. The coffee machine actually stopped working all together b/c water was not flowing right due to buildup. We always had to use lots of clr to remove build up from toilets and vinegar to cleanup coffee machines. But since we put this in things are much better. Actually, noticed change first week. First few days unfiltered tap water had some particles floating, I assumed it was breaking buildup in the pipes., but that cleared up. We are having to clr the toilets a lot less, we were having to do it every month or 2. Also the coffee machine had very little build up first few months and now has not had buildup. If you do not notice a difference then either you installed it wrong, you have hardness over recommended usage values, your expecting results too soon, or it may be a defective item and you need an exchange. I was very skeptical, but I am very happy with this investment.

I really believe that this will work , I am familiar with Dielectric erosion where The feed pipe coming in from the street that meets the copper for the water supply must be insulated otherwise the neutrons start to attack the copper causing tiny pinhole leaks over the years .A dielectric fitting has a insu;lator on the fitting to make the transition. I have no water softner since we moved here 15 years ago I got 15 year from my fixtures . I am only concerned with the build up around my pipes and improving a better flow on the upstairs bathroom sink . I will let you all know how I make out

It does take time to notice the difference however you may have to be patient to appreciate the product. We did notice less of water spots on the glass shower doors. Very easy to install.

Installation was easy. Haven't noticed a difference in the water though. It's been in place for almost a month now.

Amazing product. It was little difficult to install due to the pipe is in the ceiling but once it was installed, out water taste completely changed and improved. We are also feeling much better after shower.
