These batterie work very well. The storage time on them is a decent 5 years and they worknextremel weir in hot or cold conditions. I am impressed by the life span of these batteries they work in my remote for the tv the fan and the dvd remote. I would definitely recommend this product to any one as the it is a quality product and the price is reasonable.

I've been using these HDX Alkaline AA Batteries for quite a while, and have nothing bad to say about them. They last a good long time in a lot of different devices. More importantly, they don't destroy your devices by leaking corrosive junk like Coppertops. I have yet to see one of these leak, they run their lives out with no issues. Finally, they are a great buy. So save some money and get these, and whatever you do, stay away from Coppertops!

The batteries seem to last as long as the national name brands. I've used them in my remotes, the electric starter and lights on my grill and just about anything where double A batteries are necessary. A 20 pack lasts me a long time and I haven't seen any leaking or discoloration on either the batteries in use or the remainder that are in storage. I would recommend these for daily use

What can I say - these are just a great value of Alkaline AA batteries from Home Depot. They come in a bulk 20 pack which is nice. They are as powerful and last as long as any AA alkaline battery I’ve used. They are a good value, and I’m quite happy with these batteries. Using them in flashlights, and portable electronics, they work great. The 20 pack gives me lots of spare batteries when needed.

I have used these Home Depot (HDX) batteries before and they have always performed well. They are guaranteed for 10 years in storage and are advertised as lasting as long as national brands. Most importantly, they are about half the cost of national brands !! I use a lot of batteries, and this is an important factor. The batteries come in a convenient cardboard box. I was a little confused by the label on the batteries that states "best if installed by Jan. 2028" - which is only 5 years from now. Regardless, these are great batteries at a great price.

These batteries are Home Depot's own brand. After looking at the reviews on this product, I decided to choose them to try. We do not use a lot of batteries, but we like to keep them on hand for the few items we do use them for. It is nice to note that they should last 10 years according to the manufacturer. I. think these batteries are a good economical product to choose.

Batteries delivered with minimal packaging at a very affordable prices. Why spend more for batteries that do the same thin thing these will? I was sold on the idea that they’re guaranteed fresh fir 10 years. I don’t use a lot of batteries. It’s nice to know they’ll be ready when I need them. For now they run my remote control just fine without costing an arm and a leg.

My household goes through size AA batteries like water. My wife has over a dozen timer candles that use AA batteries, plus we use another sixteen candles for decorating at Christmas time. My favorite little flashlight was ruined by an HDX AA battery. I had always used Duracell batteries with no problems but after reading reviews decided to try HDX. This was my favorite little desk drawer flashlight that I use a lot. My batteries have an expiration of 2027 (5 years from now) and I just put the HDX AA into my flashlight 2 months ago. They have a low price but if you need to remove them from your devices while not in use, that's too much trouble for the savings.

Good quality for a good price. They are vacuum sealed in a heavy plastic which makes it difficult to break them apart.

Put them into a small flashlight (purchased from Home Depot) and two of the four either leaked or corroded or both. Basically the flashlight is unusable. It's hard to trust these batteries now. The Best if Installed By Date is 2027.

This is a great value for AA batteries. I've convinced they're as good as the major brands. Love the packaging, love the price, love the quantity. They come individually wrapped in sticks of 12. All 48 are contained in a nice plastic container. HINT: use the package later to store drill bits or blades. Perfect!

My Wife has been complaining about always having to change the batteries in the tv remotes and I just said that maybe they are not as good as the known major brands but much cheaper until I just was woken up by a Smoke/CO was chirping and I had to change the battery and I put them in 7/2020 and today is 11/13/2020, so they last 1/3 of the time as a normal battery should. Not worth the savings!

They last a really long time, and aren't nearly as expensive as name brand batteries. Plus Home Depot runs sales on these all the time, so I take advantage of those offers to stock up while saving!

We love these batteries. They last along time. With 2 games in the house,we have to buy in bulk. Please carry these year round and bring back the 64 and 100 packs!

The batteries arrived very quickly. They work great. The only issue I had was with shipping. They only put 8 batteries in each box. I also ordered AAA batteries. They shipped the same way. So yes, I had 18 boxes of the batteries. I received a couple of boxes free I guess. Or maybe for my trouble. I was able to consolidate all of them down to 4 boxes. That helped somewhat. They just didn't arrive as pictured. The picture online shows them all in one box. I will say, the boxes seems like really good boxes. So I didn't throw all of them away. I will order them again when needed.

I haven't had them long enough to test their durability, but the way they come is pleasantly user friendly.

I've put these in my remote about a month ago, so far so good. I've also used them on some lights i have in the kitchen about a month ago their starting to dim, but their still going. We don't leave them on continually but for the most part of the day. Great price and quantity, I'd say their awesome!

Insanely great price for a whole bunch of AA's! I use a ton of these each year and at $.25 apiece, there is simply no way you can beat these. These are every bit as good and last just as long as EverReady, Duracell, Panasonic, etc.. What are you waiting for? Stop wasting your time reading anymore of these reviews and hit the buy button. Hit it a couple times! You won't regret it. It's almost like never having to worry about running out of AA's. You will not find a better bargain anywhere else. Period.

These AA batteries work well and as expected. They are packaged well. The batteries are not loose inside the blister pack; they are shrink-wrapped in groups of 10, making them easy to work with and preventing them from falling all over the place if the entire pack gets dropped. I give my kids a pack of 10 at a time so they don't loose them or mess with the larger blister pack. The batteries seem to last as long as any other AA batteries I have, both name brands and generics. I would buy again.

These HDX AA 20 pack alkaline batteries are guaranteed to last 10 years in storage and last as long as leading national brands but I haven't used them in any one device long enough to compare the lifespan to more expensive batteries. They come packaged in a cardboard box which I feel is too large and wasteful with an excessive use of cardboard but- it is easy to store, the cardboard is recyclable which I plan on doing, and the box is definitely easier to open than those plastic blister packs.

So far so good. I use a magic mouse for work and the batteries I normally use last 30 days give or take a day or two. After two weeks I am 53% so am not complaining. I don’t have any fast draining devices so not sure how they rate in that category. The only difference I can see between these and Kirkland or Duracell which is what I normally use is the drum of the HDX battery extends to the very bottom of the battery. Notice the small extension on the Kirkland and Duracell due to the shorter drum. I checked all my AA devices, none of them require the extra dimple. The overall length is identical. Maybe that extra drum length will provide an extra few days of power?

This is a 20 pack of AA Alkaline batteries from the HDX brand – Home Depot’s own brand line. Out of the box they tested at 1.625 volts- very good and comparable to most other major brands. Using two in a standard bulb flash light- the light was still bright after several hours. The batteries have a “use by” date, and these were rated good until 2027, for a ten-year shelf life. My wife has these fake flickering candles all over our house and it seems like the batteries are always needing to be replaced in them. When I found this 100 pack of AA batteries I knew just what I needed them for. They seem to light up the candles just as bright as the mainstream brands and work just as well. I'm not sure if they will light up as long as the other brands but only time will tell. I usually get about 60 hours of use out of the two mainstream brands. I'm hoping these will last just as long. If they do I will be getting more to keep my wifes candle fetish alive. If you are looking for a cheaper AA battery for all your remotes, candles, flashlights, etc.... I would look no further.

A great battery that so far seems to be the equal to big name brand types. They come out of the box at 1.6 volts dc - the same as the higher dollar brand. The batteries claim to have a 10 year shelf life, only time will tell but 100 batteries should last me a while. Thus far, these HDX batteries have performed as well the high dollar brand. I've used them in our keypad lock and wireless perimeter cameras (wildlife camera) and have been impressed with the HDX battery performance.
