This mop is awesome! Covers a lot of area and the pad grips dog/cat hair and even fine sand from my LVP flooring! Yay HDX!!!

plastic broke above pivot points and above hole like shown in other reviews. Broke in less than a month with use maybe 3 times, had no problem with mop head but i did buy extras and swapped original after first use and washed original which clogged washer drain from all the thread loss.

The mop itself is good but unfortunately can only use a few times until the velcro goes bad. Good thing there's clips I bought to help keep it together and actually get the use of having a heavy duty mop..

Mop pole breaks at base where it connects to swivel mophead. Like the other reviews - same spot. Only used it a few times! Mop pole is too short. I am 5'2" and it's even too short for me. It makes it difficult to push as a result of no leverage. Mop head is made of a material that drags and makes pushing it around heavy and difficult. *I own two other microfiber mops and they are not like this. This one is a bad one. I am returning - dirty mophead and all.

When you use the detergent for the first time, it scrolls and also detaches, it's not worth buying this thing, it's a waste of time and money.

This is my second time buying this mop.. I would loosen it or pop it out so it could fit in my car.. And boom breaks.. Even i place it in my car still breaks

I purchased this mop and additional pads for spot cleaning. The third time I used it, the handle broke at the base of the mop, where it swivels. Loved the flip mop ease of use, but won't recommend it.

Love the heavy wide mop head and microfiber cover but the screw-in receptacle breaks. I used a pipe clamp to repair it. Need a big rolling bucket to fit mop size as its hard to clean out mop head. I use commercially and much prefer microfiber to traditional mop/bucket combo. Just need better velcro. Better screw in stick receptacle and a proper rolling bucket.

Loved the size as it cleans a large area with one swipe, love the versatility of mop head for wet or dry, thought I was used to the swivel head and then it broke. A sturdier bracket that doesn’t break would be good. And would be nice to have an easier way to rinse dirt out of the mop head and “redip” into the cleaning solution. Like it enough that I will go buy a new one to replace the broken one. Hopefully it last longer. Only had this one about 4 months.

I thought it was great and I loved everything about it except for its swivel head. It is hard to keep it in the position desired and it broke the fourth time I used it. Maybe mine was defective?

Cuts cleaning time in half! The mop head is a large 22 inches wide … you can easily clean a room with just a few sweeps of this mop. The gray side is great for picking up dust, small debris and pet hairs. Whereas the white side is good for mopping your floors slightly wet. I don't oversaturate the mop and it leaves the floors slightly wet to dry. The handle is a sturdy metal with a hole on top for hanging. I love that the microfiber mop head is removable and washable, to be reused over and over. So easy to use … eco and budget friendly! You can also purchase extra mop heads for replacement if needed. Price point is under $11 and I think that's a good deal! Highly recommend!

The HDX GIANT 22 IN. MICROFIBER WET-DRY FLIP MOP, GRAY is great. The 22 inch mop head is so large, it cut my cleaning time in half. I love the dry side for picking up all the pet hair before mopping. The wet side worked great on my laminate floors. The handle has a hold on the top so when I'm done using it, I can hang it up out of my way. The mop head is machine washable too.

I absolutely love this thing! It is 22 inches long which is fantastic for making quick work of dusting or mopping any area. We use it primarily for dusting the living room floor which is tile, and our main hallway which is wood. The dusting/sweeping side of the map has a very thick material on it that is very soft and captures all of the dust and dirt very quickly. This thing is a bargain at twice the price. We haven’t use the map side as I have a different map that I like for wet cleaning.

Good size for cleaning large areas of hardwood, tile and lino flooring and is of solid construction. Works well as a dry mop for sweeping up dust, particularly the side with the floppy strings. However as a wet mop it was a total failure - the microfiber side will not draw moisture off the floor so if you spray cleaner on the floor and wipe with the mop it will just smear the cleaner around. This may be due to the nature of the material they used for the microfiber side of the head and/or the way the head pivots you cannot apply even pressure to the mop head since the handle attaches at the side of the mop head and not the middle. Attached is a picture of a section of floor "wet mopped" with the mop alongside the same flooring wiped with a single stroke of a real microfiber cloth.

A two surface mop (wet and dry) using microfiber material, configured with one side for dust mopping and the other for damp mopping of floors, which cleans a wide, 22 inch swath, making quick work of housecleaning. While the dry mop will not pick up heavy particles, it does an excellent job of picking up dust and light dirt and paper shards. The wet mop side absorbs and holds a significant amount of liquid, minimizing time needed to damp mop the floor. Most of the pick up on the dry mop was dislodged by shaking it outdoors while soil picked up during damp mopping (which was performed using a pour and mop solution) was easily laundered in the washing machine. The mop head is mounted to a polymeric frame and secured with a hook and loop fastener. The frame is attached to the metal, one-piece handle by means of a two axis “hinge” which facilitates flipping the mop over from dry to wet. When laundered and dried (low heat) the microfiber came out clean and did not shrink. It was easily reinstalled on the frame, ready for the next use. Until that time, the hanging loop provided at the end of the handle facilitates storage.

The cleaning head of this wet/dry mop is huge! I love how much area it covers, as compared to standard 10”-12” cleaning heads. The dry (dust mop) side is thick, and does a very good job picking up dust and dirt. Before using the wet mop, I run the dry mop over the floor to pick up any stray dust, then I can quickly flip the head over and wet mop the floor. Once finished, the mop head cover can be removed and cleaned. Washing my floors is quicker and easier with this wet/dry mop.

Mop really picks up the dust. I like using the smooth side slightly wet to go over our bathroom linoleum and kitchen linoleum. In our kitchen, the flooring has little groves to simulate tile and it picks up anything that gets spilled on the the floor. Typically, I mop slightly wet and then flip it over to dry it with the curly side. I have also used it on our bedroom floors which are all wood with spray wax and wood floor cleaner. It is the best! Picks up everything! I have also taken this out to our front porch and used it on a giant smooth cement slab. Works wonders and clear it of any and all debris every time. If you have first floor windows you are unable to reach, this can work for cleaning those too. The pole while metal could be a little strong and a little longer. I am tall, so I may get another wooden broom pole to swap out. I really like that the cloth mop head is easily removable and can be washed -- just don't put it in the dryer. Always hang to dry.

This large mop is designed for both wet and dry mopping due to a two sided mop cover. Dry sweeping is accomplished using the side that has soft gray wool like tufts that are very effective at catching almost all dust and debris in a single pass. The other side of the mop head is intended for damp mopping and is effective at cleaning even with only modest pressure. Even the most stubborn dirt is picked up with ease. The mop head is intended for machine washing which returns it to clean and new condition.

Twice the work in half the time. We recently re-did all the floors in a new, old house. The tile is glossy, lg format porcelain and seems to collect fine dust like a magnet. Brooms and other dust mops all pick up the big stuff - the mulch and grass clippings and dirt the 2 mini Schnauzers bring in on their long, leg fur, but everything I have tried leaves a fine coat of dust behind. Also, cleaning the large areas of tile daily with the usual size broom or dust mop takes too long. Life is short. This microfiber dust mop is 22 inches across and as many of you know- nothing beats microfiber for cleaning. It collects the dust and does it in a fraction of the time I was spending on the floors. I haven't used the wet mop side yet. The whole cover can go into the wash. I know from experience that microfiber should not be dried with fabric softener sheets. When I first saw this mop I thought, "too big" but now I think it is "just right".
