Ok but not great
My Ridgid palm nailer jammed/broke and I bought this one as a replacement for attaching hurricane hangers.
Compared to the Ridgid nailer, which nailed underneath one seconds for one nail this one took forever to get one nail in, 10s or longer. There is just no mass behind the nailer. Do this for 10 nails per hanger and it adds up. Also at every other nails went in half way and had to be finished with a manual hammer.

Good value
I've never used one of these nailers before, but it works great in spots too tight to swing a hammer or get a screw gun. Seems like it works as it should. For the money, it's a good value for light duty applications.

Better than using a hammer!
This little thing works like a hammer. You just hold it in place and it knocks on the nail. It will vibrate while you have pressure on it. I find that I have to hammer the nail in a little afterwards to make it flush with the board. Just a couple of hits no big deal. Our nail gun is in the shop so this little gadget is helping finish the job. Its a good buy for little projects. The price is right as well.

Great nailer
I used this nailer to help replace my deck railing. Definitly made a huge difference. With the 20oz hammer I would bent about half the nails. With this nailer I reduced the number to close to zero. Only time the nails bent was when I hit a knot. But that would have happened either way. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to get this if you are in the market. Only thing to watch out for if if you have a small compressor it will have to run a lot to keep up. Mine did. Also, kinda tricky nailing the 16D nails. Take a little more time and might have to finish the nail with a regular hammer unless you are patient.

Not bad for the price
This is my first palm nailer and I've had it for a little while now. I used it to drive a few hundred stainless steel ring shank nails (1-1/2" and 3") when I built a pergola. Driving those nails with a hammer was time consuming and led to a few bent nails, particularly when toe nailing the longer ones. When I switched to the palm nailer, the job became MUCH easier and went by a whole lot quicker.
After cranking up the pressure on my compressor up to 110 psi or so, the toe nailed 3" ring shank nails went in with relative ease. The 1-1/2" nails went in without a hitch.
The nailer is very compact, making it easy to get into tight spaces. I highly recommend using hearing protection during use as it is pretty loud. Performance, as mentioned above, has been stellar. Quality seems fine given its price point. The only real issue I've had with it is that after hooking it up to my compressor, it leaks air out of the piston area (I think). I have to press it against a board or something to activate it, which then stops the air leak. Slightly annoying, but no big deal.
This mini palm nailer came in very handy when building our deck. The areas we needed to get into were too tight for a hammer or any other automated tool. This palm nailer saved us a lot of time and headaches.
I purchased this to build the framing for a deck instead of having to use a hammer. This saved a lot of time and energy. Took a few tries to get used to it but then it takes no time to drive in a nail. Definitely worth the purchase.

Good deal around $15
HDX Palm min-nailer small size fits nicely in hand. I bought it to re-set nails that had backed out on a large old deck. The nailer easily set the nails just below the decking surface without making dents in the decking. For this purpose or for use with nails it is rated for this nailer works fine and at the price it was a great deal. But don't expect it to have have power to drive nails bigger than it is intended for. Used it on one project so far so I can't say how durable it will be. So far I'm very happy with the tool.

Handy little nailer
I have a limited number of pneumatic tools, since I just bought my compressor a year ago. So I thought this little nailer might be a nice addition to my arsenal.
The HDX mini-palm nailer fits my hand perfectly, isn't heavy, and (after a little practice) drives a variety of nails with relative ease. It's surprisingly quiet, and is the perfect option for driving nails in areas where space is at a premium, and you can't use a traditional hammer. Eliminates a lot of swinging and wear and tear on your hands during a framing project. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the fact that some nail heads are a bit too large and won't fit into the nailer's nose. For most applications, however, a very handy tool!
It worked great in tight spaces installing joist hangars

3-1/2 In. Palm Nailer
Comes ready to use. First nail went in crooked, but after that the palm nailer worked great. Nail gun is still better, but in tight places where nail gun will not fit this is great.

Excellent Value!
The palm nailer works just as expected and is an excellent value compared to the other brands that sell for up to 6x the price. I've already convinced (easily) a coworker to purchase this same model.

Best 10 bucks you will ever spend
I was framing out my basement with hammer and nails. I was able to build most of my walls on the floor. I had two walls which required me to attach the headers last. I could not get around the pipes with hammer and nail. I saw this at Home Depot and thought for 10 bucks I'd give it a try after reading the positive reviews. It toenailed everything perfectly on the first time every time. I wish I would have had this at the beginning of the project.

Failed First time
Bought this unit at 7 pm, tried at 9 pm and it worked. The unit fell off my hand about 3 ft from the ground(something that you would expect in a construction and renovation project). The unit did not function at all after this fall. . All the compressor air would flow through and exit the "vents". Waste of my time.

llght duty nailer
It's agreat tool, smooth, and light. But if you are thinking about driving anything bigger Than an eight penny nail you might want to rethink it.

Works underwater
Bought this for some repairs to a boat dock, operated well about 5' below surface, couldn't comment on much deeper. For 14 bux, can't go wrong.

Mini and Packed With Power
Mini Palm Nailer is lightweight and pushes a powerful punch. Has a magnetic tip and fits in the palm of your hand, which helped with the hard to reach places. Powerful enough for all your home DIY's.
Wish I had it during my bathroom redo, but now the rest of my redo will be with ease. Awesome tool.
Lightweight, easy to use, nails in extremely tight quarters. Just right for joist hangers.

probably has some worth
I bought this planning to use it for small panel nails with only 3/16" heads. the heads were too small to allow the tool to function and they got jammed inside. I have not tried it with anything else. I suspect it would work well with a 6 penny wood shingle nail or some such, but not for small nails or brads. It operates like a pneumatic hammer by the way, and not with a single punch.

Easy and compact
This is very easy to use and compact. LOVE how it fits perfectly in my hand. It easily drives nails in those hard to reach areas. Makes framing go even faster with out having to carry around a big heavy and bulky framing gun. Perfect for any framing job.
Needed to drive nails in tight framing areas. Had a $40 Porter-Cable in hand then saw this at a front display. Identical to the PC one and light as can be. Bought one to test it out. Had no problems driving 16d nails. Went back and bought two more for the crew.
Couple things, it's noisy so have ear protection handy. Some nail heads (full round) had a difficult time fitting inside the magnetic collet. Took a bit of tinkering but found a way. Be careful when loading nails that you don't insert too far or you activate the hammer. OUCH!
