I normally do not like memory foam because I need better support. This topper seems to be stiffer and more dense than memory foam I am used to. This one does not leave an impression in the foam as seen in the photo, the foam springs back up immediately. I am assuming that is because of the latex material. The medium firmness was extremely comfortable and I enjoy the support without sinking into a mushy foam. I did not notice any odor when I opened the package, but there is a slight odor if you put your nose into it. I had no problem with the topper getting too hot. The design helps the air to circulate, which keeps you cooler. The mattress pad I received measures about 59" x 79". It is 4" tall at the tips of the peaks, the solid foam is about 3" tall. I also received a different zone pattern than what is pictured for this model. Mine does have 3 different zones, but in 5 sections - the middle has a coil design, with a wave design on each side, then a peak design on the ends. (I do like that the waves in the leg and shoulder region run from side to side instead of up and down as the others do.) This mattress topper is shipped in a box with dimensions of 31.1" x 14.6" x 14.6" and is vacuumed packed inside a plastic bag within another plastic bag. I do suggest opening the plastic wrap after it is placed on the bed because it starts to inflate quickly and it is more difficult to carry to the desired location. There is a limited 5-year warranty against defects with an Exchange Program. The first year has full replacement, then months 13 thru 24 have 50% trade-in, and months 25 thru 60 have 20% trade-in value.

width 56"length 76" 3* should give 2* due the fact the topper didn't expanded down the center head to foot, a heavy ridge of foam may be the cause of the short size . Plus center is to hard to sleep on. I do sleep cooler . That's a big plus. Height 3"to 3.5". That's OK 3" work's for me. Just fill cheated !!!

This mattress padding was way to firm and not medium. While it was about 4 inches it did not take any form or fit my body shape, still causing back discomfort. It also did not have the cooling feature as expected and some of the edges did not raise up to the 4 inches.

I am absolutely incredibly happy with th 4” it gives me total comfort, I hope it doesn’t break down being a foam material? I had also purchased the 3” full at another time it didn’t give me enough comfort so I folded it in half and put it on my couch , now I’m happy saved money not having to buy a new couch!!!

I have purchased memory foam toppers before this one, I love how you sink into foam toppers. This topper does not have that effect . Hate it!
