Problems (photos attached):
(1) The handles cannot be attached to the doors. The holes in the door and handles do not align. Therefore, cannot attach the handles with the door. This is a major problem as I cannot open the doors with ease. (See the attached photo. N.B. the top hole in the handle is too small for the screw to get in. besides, even if I align the top hole with the door hole, it will fall short in length.)
(2) There were minor signs of damage when it was delivered.
It is heavy unit. Very difficult for a single delivery man to deliver it at your door steps. Also, I find it difficult and time consuming to to assemble. You will need at least two persons to assemble. It took me and my wife at least 3 hrs to assemble. But, assembly experience might vary. We found the instructions to be helpful.
Pros:
It has 5 racks. It provides plenty space for our clothes. We like the space inside.

All parts matched up second unit was assembled standing up and was quicker and easier than working on the floor. Back of unit would be easier to finish with a staple gun and hammer than with the tiny brads supplied. All in all good product!!

My husband was able to assemble the armoire pretty quickly. I love the dark brown color, there were more shelves than I needed so being able to position most of them where I wanted them was great.

The biggest problem was the poor directions for assembly. I have done many similar items, but this took twice as long as the direction said it would. This is not quality furniture, but looks nice enough for its intended use.
