Not the best, not the worst either!
I ordered this frame for a twin XL mattress that measures 37 1/2" across and it fits perfect. The length on the other hand is not what it says on the specifications. I measure 63" long which might be good enough for a twin but not for the length of the XL and a BIG difference from what they have listed. If anyone sat on the end it would pop up. Not to mention the leg stands are plastic (hoping they will hold up) I also tried calling the customer service center to speak with a person about the length and all I could get was automated or nonstop ringing when trying to get a representative. Terrible customer service!!! Before ordering this frame to figure out the width I did manage to reach someone via messenger thru the Home Depot website for measurement of frame when set to twin and all they could do was tell me the exact info the website said which obviously isn't all correct (length) and only shows the width for frame when set to full. The width by the way is 38 1/2 hope this helps someone. Lucky I was feeling generous and gave it 3 stars.
