Worked fine, verify with your local gas company if they want to electrofuse risers to pipe. Duke does but didn’t have 1.5” fittings.

This gas line is not approved by EITHER of the local gas companies, so they would not inspect it. Had to rip it out, complete waste of $70.

Hi, Home Depot Customer - It's always advisable (as stated in our instructions) to check local codes before the purchase and installation of our product. At the same time, however, we'd be very interested to hear specifics of the local gas companies that won't allow our product to be installed. Home Flex Underground and CSST products carry required certifications that allow it to be used in any area of the US unless superseded by local codes. The pipe came in fast, and it was great. However, Home Depot does not offerAny of the connectors to transition from the gas pipe to a rigid pipe, nor any reducers. You’ll have to source those somewhere else.

The Home Depot does offer Transition Fittings for the 1.5" poly gas pipe. Take a look at Internet #306234996.

Good quality but beware this is much larger than pictured, loop is roughly 5ft in diameter. Also very rigid, had to open and leave in sun prior to dropping in the trench to gain some ease and flexibility
