A fair number of pieces, but directions were easy to follow. We were missing one piece (a slide for the top drawer) however customer support had the proper piece delivered to us within 2 days of the call. We are happy with this product. We just finished building it, so no real use yet, but happy with the quality.

Good & solid materials. Fittings (dowels positioning) can be improved. Doors opening can be better with wider angle. Otherwise the finishing and look is great.

Assembly took 3 hours by an experienced handyman. The drawers are too shallow. Wish the cart was wider. Overall we are pleased with it.

Love this, however could not get it shipped to Alaska, had to sent it to a carrier in lower 48 who brought it up to us. Easy to put together nice and sturdy.

The granite is beautiful. The warm oak is more like a cinnamon in color, I was expecting a lighter oak. Seems to be sturdy but the shelves are not a snug fit, have spaces on the sides, & the pegs easily come out. The drawers have a very thin bottom. Haven't used very long but I like it so far.

Assembly went as expected. Personally, I don't care for the pictograms instructions. But it does prevent instructions in 20 languages. The cart performs exactly as we expected and the price was affordable. No missing or damaged parts.
