Stay away from this product, against my better judgment I bought this fan and installed today. It will be returned tomorrow 1. The speaker connector was deformed 2. After repairing connector the speaker was picking motor noise from the fan and killing the LED light. 3. The fan motor wobbles low grade. This product is not a Deal at any price, buy anything other then Homewerks brand.

After one year, only one third of the ring light works.

This fan is advertised on Home Depot website as .8sones. My contractor picked this up for me and on the box it’s says 1.5 sones. False advertising I will be returning it.

The fan simply is too weak to properly evacuate moisture from my bathroom. I cannot use it as an exhaust because condensation collects and drips back down onto my bathroom floor.

Not long after I installed this product the led lights burnt out. I called their customer service and they sent me out a replacement plate fairly quickly which was nice but I’ve never replaced one so I’d have to do some research before I attempt it wich i just haven’t really had the want or need to do it just yet. My other complaint was that the fan wasn’t very strong but I guess I should have gone with the stronger one. Although I’m not sure it’s much of a difference. The Bluetooth speaker is cool just don’t expect great sound quality. I mean the sound is fine it’s not bad just not great. My bathroom is 8’ L x 5’ W x 8’ H

Only had this product for a couple of months, still hadn't put up sheet rock yet. First the light quit, which I could have tolerated. However I bought the product for the Bluetooth. Worked great at first, but now the Bluetooth doesn't work, not sending a signal. Not happy. Would not recommend this product. I found a different brand and bought it for a different bathroom to try.

I loved this light. I used the night light feature when my eyes aren’t wide open in the morning just yet. I love to get ready to music and the speaker was great! I take hot showers and the exhaust fan works wonders. It’s all that I can ask for. EXCEPT…. This is our third switch we have had to replace. It randomly quits working. We have taken it back three times. I just give up. I haven’t seen where you can just order a replacement wall switch itself. So now I have a useless light.

I agree with all the other reviews about the lights. My speaker still works but the lights mostly don’t. I get one little piece of the ring that comes on. The whole unit was so cool at first and it’s very disappointing. You’re better off getting a different one, sorry to say.

When I bought this fan about a year ago, the blower did not work. Exchanged. Now the blower works fine. But, after a couple of months, one of the LED lights started to flicker on and off sporadically. Now, after a year, ALL of the LED lights are either completely out or flickering. Unfortunately, one can't just "change the light bulb." The whole unit will need to be replaced. I normally do not write product reviews. But, I feel compelled to warn you all about this "piece."

Speaker is good, but can't get the lights to stay on

The fan does a decent job if you keep the grille clean. However, the light on mine has not been used very often but has already gone out in one section. It must be sucking moisture into an exposed area which shorted out the LED. This is something that probably shouldn’t happen to a product made for moist environments. I’m not sure whether to contact the company for a replacement or find another fan that fits in the larger hole that I had to cut in my ceiling to fit this unit. Disappointed.

We loved it at first but it has only been 9 months and 1/2 of the lighting has already crapped out. Very disappointing for the price that it cost. Also the center is see through so you can see all the hardware and speakers which we were not a huge fan of. Definitely wouldn’t but again. Now we have a gaping whole in our ceiling that we will have to find another large exhaust fan to sit in.

1. I doubt the CFM isn’t as advertised. The grille has fine netting making the airflow extremely low. It can barely suck up a piece of paper tissue 2. Speaker died in 1 year. It’s just a normal five dollar generic speaker without any water proof design. 3. Water condensations form water drops

Complicated to install! I’m a general contractor and have been installing exhaust fans but this one had 3 quick connection that you can also see through the mesh!

In less than a years time the light has went out. Didn’t come with the element to change colors and the fan seems to not want to keep up as well as the first one did. Never again will we buy this. One star is too much credit for this fan

Just recently bought and installed by contractor in two bathrooms,only to find out the switch for changing colors was not in box. Is there anyway I can compensated for this. Can't rate yet was just installed today 🙄🙄

I’ve seen a a lot of reviews saying the light breaks pretty quickly, I opened up the fan and could immediately see why (I don’t have any pre pictures, sorry), but these connectors and the gap were totally exposed. Leaving the led’s prone to get exposure to moisture (especially with that large gap in the side, with no way to escape), so over time, it will erode both of the connectors I caulked. Just seal up these three and you should be good.

Lasted 2 years before it began to only work when it wanted to then suddenly nothing worked anymore do not buy POOR QUALITY

Believe the reviews. The lights go out and won’t work anymore.

The lamp is very nice and the Bluetooth works perfect. Unfortunately, after 3 months half of the lamp wouldn't light up. I emailed customer service and they sent me a new one right away. Same thing is happening to the new one.

I just had this installed today , I was so excited because bluetooth grabbed right away but i cannot get the unit to setup for pairing mode by switching it of and on three times it does not start blinking as it says it should in the app setup . Im so confused how this works dis not come with no wall switches for functions and customer service just sends you to vmail and they never get back

I bought this fan mainly because it used a 9 3/8" x 9 3/8" ceiling opening like my old fan had. Installation issues: 1. The instructions say you should not mount it flush against a ceiling joist, but that was where my ceiling opening was. To make this flush mounting work I had to shorten (hacksaw) the mounting suspension rails/brackets and lengthen the screw slots in them. 2. 2" x 4" ceiling joists are only marginally tall enough for the brackets, but you can build up the joist with a 2" x 6".

This is the second Homewerks exhaust fan/bluetooth speaker I've had. I purchased the first fan in October of 2020 and had to return it in August of 2021 because of a malfunction with the light. I was able to exchange it for another one and guess what? The light has malfunctioned AGAIN!!!! It's August 2022. From here on out, I am going to stick with the Broan-Nu Tone brand that I have in my other bathroom. I have not had any issues with that particular brand. So disappointed!!!! Do better!!

Original purchase date was 07/16/21 and contractor installed first one that day and lights failed. Home Depot swapped it out at store that day. Now a little over 12 months later and I noticed the smell of hot electronics last night. The lights then appeared as follows on 08/10/22 just outside of warranty. Nice idea but their components and quality of the LED Lights suck. Don't buy or waste you money on this.

I bought 3 of these for my bathrooms. All 3 worked great for a couple months. Had the electrician out several times to fix the lights. This one would not light up all the way no matter what we did. My next thought was to find a replacement light but have had no luck with that either.

Absolutely do not buy. Shortly after they were installed, the bright LED multi colored lights stopped working. There are a few that make up the circle of lights, and for whatever reason some will go out and then others will go out. If you press the light they'll come back on as long as there is pressure, but then they will go out. Absolutely infuriating. And, if you have more than one unit then they will be controlled by the switch in the other bathroom.

Fan is quiet and pulls air very well. The Bluetooth works easily and the speakers play loud enough to hear easily in shower running and fan on

Easy install, fan is super quiet and the sound and lights are awesome! I would definitely recommend!

I received this item thru the HD Seeds program. And I must say this was a great choice that I made. This bath fan features integrated Bluetooth-enabled stereo speaker and an LED light with a color-changing ring to let you know what mode it is in. TheLED lighting itself is nice and smooth on the eyes and bright enough to do what you need to do in the bathroom. At only 1.5 scones, you will not even realise that it is on. Don't forget to get your venting kit if you need one.

Great fan that moves a lot of air. I love the 2 night light colors (blue, and yellow/orange) and the blue tooth speakers work great as well. They are loud enough to hear over the shower.
