Awesome!
So far it has removed the worst stains and survived my abuse! Easy to disassemble for cleaning and has actually changed the carpet color in my living room. My home is a former hud foreclose so the clean carpet has spared me carpet replacement. I will update my review after I'm finished.So far,so good!

Carpet tool leaks horrible
Carpet tool leaked at the bottom of unit everywhere on my hardwood floor when I trying to clean my carpeted stair. Same thing happened with my sisters unit. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

The machine is very nice. It's quiet and cleans very good. Removed animal accident stains. Carpets look like new. Easy to operate and not very heavy to push and pull. It comes apart for an easy clean up. Highly recommend.

My third one in 27 years

Wore out the first two and look forward to a full 12 years worth of cleaning out of this one. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to replace parts if needed( I've only had to replace parts two times.
