very nice .. works great

This vacuum was difficult to assemble. The instructions are useless and in all the videos I could find, the canister was assembled, but in my unit, it wasn't. The canister pops off easily, but I'm not sure if it's because I don't have it in right or if it has a defect... the instructions and videos offer NO help to trouble shoot this. It does a decent job with vacuuming pet hair, but has a hard time with hay and grass that gets tracked in the house. It handles like a cheaply made vacuum... I wouldn't be surprised if it breaks within a year or so.

This Hoover is noisier than I expected and is heavy to push. Does clean well.

Bought this vacuum three months ago and used it probably 6 times before it cut off in the middle of usage. I’ve tried everything to get it to come back on. Don’t waste your money.

It's really good. Durable and has great suction and really picks up the smallest of particles. This is my 3rd Hoover vaccum so I really hope this one last longer than the others.

I was floored (see what I did there?) by how much dog hair and dirt this vacuum picks up. I’ve only had it for about a week so we’ll see if the performance keeps up in the coming months.

Bought this vacuum cleaner in Oct. of 2022. It worked ok, on the floors, not powerful enough to clean the furniture. Would also have to clean out the container after each use otherwise it has really poor suction as the container fills. Cleaned the filter waited the necessary time before operating again. Today while trying to vacuum it just stops working. Just another "American" company who sacrificed quality for profits. Will not be buying another vacuum cleaner from Hoover.

Good, solid performing vacuum.

This vacuum replaced one that served us well for 11 years. There have been some design improvements over that period, such as easier emptying of the dust container and a longer hose for hard-to-reach places. But a couple of features have been lost, including the cord-rewind mechanism and a pedal to disengage the brush when using a hose attachment.

Worked great for 2 days. Hoover telephone support is a disgrace.

We had a shark with almost all the features. But it died due to electric issues with the on off button amd connections to the actual vaccum system

It supposed to be for hime with pets but already clogged but easy enough to clear

Easy to assemble and use. Good suction. A little heavy, but not horrible; I'm a senior and can push control it easily

This is our fourth purchase of the same vacuum. The new version is more basic than its predecessors. It is lighter and the cord is shorter. Also, there is no option to turn of the rotating brushes. So, whether the vacuum is in the upright and locked position or in the tilt position, the brushes always rotate, even on hardwood floors. Must admit, kind of disappointed HOOVER. Seems like your latest production of this product is below your past standards.

great vacuum. sucks up alot of dog hair too.

Purchased the vacuum May 29,2023. Yesterday 7/8,23 was working as expected. Unplugged and moved to a different room in the house, Emptied out the canister and plugged back in to continue and nothing at all. The vacuum would not run. Checked the outlet and it had power,tried the switch again and still nothing. Removed and reinstalled canister and still nothing. I'm hoping someone from Hoover will reach out on this review. Our last Hoover worked flawlessly for years. I hope this one is just a dud.

Had to return it. So noisy you have to wear hearing protection to use. Scare poor dogs so bad now they are afraid of vacuums! A high pitched squealing noise.

Very basic vacuum that gets the job done. It’s all plastic and very light.

Did a great job especially having 3 dogs with lots of hair‼?
