This Haier QDT125 18 inch dishwasher has been spitting water droplets out of the vent. This is a design flaw that was never addressed by the manufacturer. It can cause water damage to you cabinets, encourage mold to grow, and just makes everything near your dishwasher wet. Just got it and love it so far. Quiet and the features are everything competition has but a better price. I have a small kitchen so the 18” was perfect though alittle creativity is required because of size. My one complaint is the fact you can’t adjust back legs from front of machine making leveling tricky on install. Also buy an install kit before delivery so you have power cord if not hardwiring and the water line and clamps. None are provided

Easy to use and cleans dishes very good. Only thing i didnt like was cheap gasket that ripped on top of door on first day. For the price would have expected better quality gasket material. Besides that im happy with this product.

Vent on this dishwasher has a design flaw. It is located on the right side and sprays out water droplets which accumulate and drip down onto floor. Small amount so guessing that's why not everyone has noticed it but will destroy floor and/or cabinetry over time. Had tech come out 3 times to try to fix, unit ended up being deemed irreparable. Brand new replacement unit was sent, same issue. Found on an appliance blog website that others had same issue. Do not purchase.

Quiet, efficient, easy installation excellent Quality

Dishwasher has been slowly leaking from the the vent funnel. Vent funnel needs to be about 6 inches taller. Customer support says they can send out a technician on my dime since it's no longer under warranty. Disappointing. Only discovered because I pulled the dishwasher out to install an new counter top. Maybe its happening on yours too slowly rotting your floor boards.

Needed a small sized dish washer to fit in the small space available. Limited options to meet this requirement. Preferred appliance brand not available due to Covid supply chain issues. This product was available and delivered in a reasonable time

I am so happy I picked this dishwasher, It looks very sleek and modern. it fits perfect in our small kitchen, it does an amazing job and fits surprisingly lots of dishes.

Rust on stainless steel. Rust particles accumulate in filter area. Looks like machine is grinding itself into rusty dust. Poor quality.

The bottom grid has too many wide spaces to allow for different dishes. My bowls dip below the rack and they are average size bowls. Should be made like the grid spacing on top rack. I moved top rack up because my dinner plates would not fit on lower rack. Now top rack does go in far enough for door to close unless it is juggled and adjusted. Any possibility of a different bottom rack

this item was purchased as a floor model. i love that it's convenient for my small family. and it looks awesome in my new kitchen.

I’ve had this dishwasher about a month. So far works as expected. No heated dryer- open the door a few inches after the cycle ends -but not an issue for me. Installation instructions could be better. In my research this is essentially the same dishwasher as the GE Profile.

The finish on this dishwasher is not great as it shows all fingerprints and smudges right away. The SS finish is coated so it scratches easily and is not repairable like other truly SS appliances. This tiny dishwasher is a dynamo in getting pots, pans, and dishes clean in a quiet way. It does not have a start/pause button which is something I wish it had. Also, controls are on the top so make sure it fits under countertop with room to spare.

I bought this dishwasher because I needed an 18" and it was one of the better looking units I saw online. I wish I read through some more of the reviews before hand though. Here are the issues I have... - As many have stated, it does not have a heated dry cycle; Therefore, dishes come out soaking wet even after sitting over night. Also, if you have anything in there that has room for water to pool, be ready to dry off all the water that gets on the cabinets and floor after unloading. - Another BIG problem I have with it is my standard 10inch round diner plates wont fit! the upper arm hits them and already chipped one. I suspect this has to do with the fact that the main body/door dimension of this dishwasher is only 27" high vs. 29" of other brands. The extra 2" would have prevented this problem and looked better installed. the door is 3" shorter that the adjacent cabinets (see photo). I should have researched more. - The utensil holder does not stay in place, so you have to be careful loading it when its empty or else it will keep falling over and dumping your silverware out. - The wash cycles can take quite a long time, up to 3 1/2 hours. At the end of the day, it has a clean look and is quiet, but I regret buying it. I barley use it now because I have to wash most of my dishes by head because they don't fit. Will be replacing...

Nice Quality stainless steel with stainless steel tub dishwasher, Super quiet, easy pull out shelfs upper shelf adjustable, Recessed handle which helps not snagging the apron, The dishwasher is narrower then then one are replacing so we have to install a wood filler between the cabinet and the dishwasher. The only problem we had was the the installations show the top brackets get screwed in from the rear and the piece it show that it gets screwed into isn't thick enough, so we screwed the anti tilt bracket from the inside of the dishwasher

I received the 18 inch top control dishwasher in stainless steel with stainless steel tub and it looks great. I like all the features about the dishwasher especially the top control. It came with all the hoses and hardware needed to have it installed and running. If you're not a handy person its probably best to hire someone to connect and install it for you. It was delivered well packaged and undamaged. I am happy with this dishwasher and its performance. It is the QDT-125-SSL-SS model.

This Haier stainless steel top mounted control dishwasher features a stainless tub. You can see the digital control panel with the door closed. The noise rating is 47 dBA, which is among the quietest available. It has surprising room inside for an 18 inch unit. The built in Piranha food disposed is my favorite feature to help keep the drain clear. The fit and finish are top knotch.

It is a more compact dishwasher than our last full size dishwasher. and everything fits in great. It's only 18" wide so it takes up less space which is great for new construction. Our old dishwasher was 24" wide so I had to use a filler strip to make up the size difference in our cabinet. When installing this dishwasher, measurements should be taken at the middle of the dishwasher on the sides, that seems to be the widest area to fit between cabinets. The inside dimensions of the dishwasher are 15 inches wide by 24 inches tall and 20 inches deep front to back. The easy to use controls are on the top of the door which gives it a very modern look. There is a light at the top to tell you that the dishes are clean. At first our large square 10 1/2" dinner plates did not fit in the bottom rack at all. The top rack spray arm would hit them and not allow it to turn to spray the dishes on the top rack. However this dishwasher is very well thought out, you can raise the top rack very easily by extending it out and moving it up (read your owners manual) what a great idea! I'm very pleased with this feature. All of our dinner plate sizes fit in there now. I like the separate utensil basket that has a lid that can be removed so you can put larger amounts of utensils in it if needed. Installation of the dishwasher was very straight forward, a few wires and a couple of hoses. There is a screen filter located in the bottom of the stainless steel wash tub, a quarter turn counterclockwise and it pulls right up and out for cleaning, if you look inside of it there is another smaller filter inside of it. I thought that was a great idea to stop some of the finer particulars from clogging the dishwasher pump and water lines. I am very pleased with this dishwasher and I highly recommend it.

I've had this machine for several years. No issues. Gets dishes very clean. Can remove upper spray and/or upper rack for tall items. Perfect size for 2 people. Definitely recommend.

It cleans ok, but there are three big issues. 1) It does a pretty miserable job at drying. I leave the door closed to keep the heat in and everything remains dripping wet. I leave the door open and everything dries with big droplet marks all over from cooling. No real solution that I can tell to this, besides chemicals I guess. 2) Upper rack is very sloped on either side where glasses are intended to go. Glasses cannot sit flat on the rack, especially if putting bowls in center row and thus go through the wash cycle leaning against one another and are at risk of shattering. 3) As others have said, this is also not really an ideal dishwasher unless you eat every meal off of very flat plates as bowls or more curved plates are not well accomodated anywhere on either rack.

I bought this dishwasher for a rental unit. I've had nothing but trouble with the control panel. Half the time it won't start and none of the troubleshooting tips in the manual work. Do some research and buy another brand.

Bought this Dishwasher for our 2nd home and after 3 uses it just stopped turning on. The outlet still works but the washer just isn't turning on. Called customer support was on hold for over 1 hour just for them to tell me they could only look up if it was under warranty if they have the serial number. It took another month for me to get the serial number, for them to tell me its a week out of 1 year warranty and it would be on my dime for the tech to come out. $1,000 wasted & need a new washer.
