Although we are happy with the overall product, Hallman has been a very bad experience as they do not support the product after the sale. It took weeks for them to find a vendor that could certify the unit during the install which is part of their requirements for the warranty. Now that the unit is installed and working I'm still waiting on Hallman to activate the warranty! They dealt directly with the service company to certify the installation but can't seem to find the necessary paperwork to establish the warranty. Just too much of a run around dealing with a company who cares very little AFTER the sale.

One of the biggest problems is a weak and unclear user manual. The stove works well, but it has many features that are unclear how to use. Double oven is useful, but the larger is somewhat small, so many U.S. standard pans don't fit. And none of the burners are sufficiently low for simmering.
I received my beautiful 40 inch stainless/chrome range
last week and am in love with both how beautiful she is (I call it kitchen jewelry) and what incredible power she has. I had hesitated and took over a month to decide whether to order such an investment piece sight unseen to be shipped from Italy all the way to Hawaii but couldnt be happier with the entire process. Special thanks to Kristen at Hallman Industries customer service who answered a million questions for me and measured the ovens etc... to ease my nerves. Home Depot's website kept telling me they wouldnt ship to Hawaii so I called in. Your incredible salesperson walked though the process and got the order placed for me. I ended up ordering through Home Depot just because I felt if there were any issues at least I would have someone to deal with locally. Surprisingly I also received the range a month earlier than anticipated! The quality is impeccable and I am so looking forward to cooking up a storm. Thank you again for this beauty.
We love the stove but I have my doubts about the Hallman company. People have complained for years here about the pathetic user manual. For example, this unit has a rotisserie but the manual only shows how the rotisserie fits into the oven and the knob setting for rotisserie selection. There is no information regarding temperature settings or safety hazards for rotisserie use. And Hallman's customer service is every bit as pitiful as the user manual.
I have called Hallman and emailed them multiple times. Nicole keeps saying she will “ask my owner” and email or call me back regarding my questions with the hood vent specifications In the manual. I’ve heard nothing. These people and company are a joke when you’re spending a decent amount on the stove

I absolutely love this range - except I've used it less than 9 months and the insulating ring between the oven door & the oven broke off and the triple/dual ring on the range doesn't have the correct knob so that I can isolate one ring or the other. We'll see how well my protection plan is honored
A little nervous to purchase because we hadn’t seen much for reviews but we have been using our 40 inch for 6 months now and we have never been happier! We have found the manual easy to understand. We have also pushed this stove to extremes! Rotisserie a few times a month! Pizza over Friday nights! Short over cook on the flat top everyday. The ovens cook so consistently. We clean it ever night and it’s the easiest clean up for us. I really don’t have much negative to say about it other than I should have ordered a griddle top as well!
