It will cook many differtnt type of things but I have been useing the steamer the most. It works so well and fast. Easy to clean up also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this rice cooker several times for a few different things and it has been amazing. Rice is easier than ever to make and has come out perfectly every time. I’ve also made soups and veggies in it and it does those so great as well! It is straightforward and easy to use and clean, it fits perfectly stored in my kitchen cabinet! I like that it has the extended timer to keep the food nice and warm for hours! This is a great product and every household should have one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my rice cooker and thought it was a great addition because I usually cook some type of rice (mostly brown rice) every Sunday. I read the instructions was surprised that this cooker will add or decrease cooking time based on the moisture. The cooker did add some time to my rice and it came out great. The rice was not scorched and it separated nicely. I'm looking forward to using the steam basket to steam small servings of vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a rice maker but I did not have anything to cook ancient grains. This product worked great on lentels, faro and several other multigrains. I also cooked couscos and was very suprised as to how well it came out. The only thing I would add is that you need to put either a slim towel or paper towels over the top of the cooking pot to alleviate the moisture but I had to do this with my other rice maker as well.

I have been wanting to try a rice cooker to see how it turns out, I'm glad I received this product as a review, the rice was done quickly, didn't have to wait like I usually do when I do it on a stove top. The steamer is an extra and the oatmeal just as. Now I set the rice and oatmeal when need so, and I'm happy. I don't know longer have to stand over the stove and wait, just set and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is one item that I thought I did not need..but I love it. Make oatmeal in a.m. and eat lots of various grains so it is perfect esp when you steam vegs on top. can get creative in the prep of the rice/grains also...enjoying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like cooking my rice and grains in the rice cooker. Always comes out perfect. The bonus feature I like is the steamer basket. You can cook rice and steam vegetables at the same time. I am still experimenting with recipes but so far everything tastes delicious.

I'm so bad at cooking rice that for years we've been throwing money down the drain on already cooked, microwaveable rice. Since receiving this product, I'm happy to say I can now successfully cook fresh fluffy rice. The instructions are very simple, and in less than an hour, you have nice home cooked rice without any of the preservatives. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
