[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this griddle! Perfect eggs and perfect pancakes every time. Nothing sticks to the ceramic surface, and it is so easy to clean up. I haven't used my fancy heavy pans sinve this arrived. It's that good. I even made crunchy buttered toast on it, and also used it to warm tortullas for taco tuesday with friends.
One observation is that the thermostat dial feels like it might not be at the same quality level as the rest of the griddle, but that migjt just be me. As long as it works, and it does (the temperature setting is always right on the money, I measured it with a surface thermometer), then it's not a problem. The thermostat unplugs and is removable for washing the griddle. You can put it in the sink under warm water and soap!
I might never use a pan on the stove
again!
Good size for a family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always wanted a griddle so tried this one. I like to make a lot of pancakes and freeze them for later.
This had enough room and the surface was surprisingly slick. Just be careful of the sugar content of your recipes and your temperature setting. After a couple uses I figured out what I call the “ Goldilocks effect “ . Not too sweet nor to high temp. Just right!

Product arrived as tracked and Love the copper non stick surface. Exited to try it so blueberry pancakes was on the menu. The pancakes cooked perfectly with no sticking and no oil needed. Clean up was a champ just wipe it clean. Highly recommend this new technology. Happy in Land o Lakes fl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this griddle when both of us are in the kitchen cooking, usually during family holidays. My husband makes stacks of great blueberry pancakes on it while I use the stovetop to cook grits and sausage. Cleanup is super easy.
