I fell in love with this water cooler when I first received it. It worked great, it was convenient for me as a single lady who can't quite lift the heavy Sparkletts bottles for a top-loading cooler. But after a few months the water pressure began to decrease, and this has continued until now, and it's basically a trickle. I've only had it for 9 months total, and started seeing the decrease in quality after a few months of use. SUPER disappointed that I'm out $200 for a cooler that didn't even last a year, and now looking for a new one to replace it.

Very convenient, especially with the instant hot water. Cheaper than buying 24 packs of water for sure!

I received this product after ordering online in April. It is now the beginning of September and it has stopped dispensing water. It also didn't take very long for it to become very loud anytime the cooler would "turn on" in order to cool the water in the cold water tank. Something in the back would start to vibrate and we would have to put our hands on the coil in the back to get it to stop vibrating. We are now waiting on a call back from Hamilton Beach to see if they can help with fix these issues.

This is so easy to load The bottom load was the way to go. I haven't tried the heating part yet but the cooling works great. Love this machine!

Highly recommend this product. Read all the reviews before purchasing. Extremely satisfied. Easy to assemble, love all the features. Reviews indicated a bit noisy but I did not find it noisy at all. Description of product was accurate. Love the bottom loading - so easy. Bought on sale and it is worth every penny.

I have had this water cooler for about 3 weeks. The hot water is about room temp. You can drink it right out of the tap no problem. The room temp and cold dispensers are both the same temp. A little cooler than room temp. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the bottom loading design. I really miss my hot water though. I'm still debating returning it and using my old top loading cooler again.

In this age of label manufacturing it can be hard to know who makes what, but, for better or worse Hamilton Beach has chosen to put their Brand on this cooler. Purchased this unit to replace a top loader from Primo; it's a better fit in our kitchen and the bottom loading is much easier on the back. The compressor runs quiet, which is nice. The unit had a misaligned lever out of the box, which is a common complaint for this design. (One or more of the water temps won't dispense) It's simple to pop 2 screws off the back, lift the top and you'll see where the levers attached to the top buttons need to be moved to engage the valves to the water spout. Hot water dispenses at 160; cold water at 45. Room Temperature dispenses at whatever (I use it to fill bottles to put in the fridge). The alert light for "Empty Bottle" is a bright red and hasn't given a false alarm yet. I only have 2 complaints: there's no temperature adjustment for hot or cold (my old Whirpool cooler had both) and every once in a while the cooler makes an annoying buzzing that can be stopped by wiggling the cabinet. While that just means something is loose or improperly routed, I shouldn't be having to QA an appliance this large at this price point. That's why it's only 4 stars for me.

Works great, cold water could be could be colder but it is still cold, hot water very hot great for instant coffee, tea, soup oatmeal etc. good buy for the money. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

Great Water cooler, now I don't have to carry those heavy 5 gallon jugs over my head. Uses every last pinch of water!!!!!

Love this Hamilton beach water dispenser! Quiet, the bottom loading is super after working with top loaders for years.. Nice looking! Would highly recommend it!

Light weight easy to use. No ugly blue bottle on top. Love it

Makes a little vibrational noise from time to time (something is chattering), but beyond that it works the way it should!

Only cons are it's not dead silent. You can hear the sound of machine 1/3 of the time. It's not too noisy but it can bother you if you want it to be silent. Also the hot water is hot enough for first 1-2 cups of tea or coffee but not hot enough for instant cup noodles. Same goes with cold water.

They perform really good. Its so easy to refill if it is empty. The cold and hot are very nice. Excellent product so far and i have no complaint about this product.

I could have purchased this for the same price on-line but chose to buy it locally from Home Depot because I knew if I had a problem it would be easy to work it out locally.

We've had our water dispenser for several weeks now and it's working very well. The cold water is cold, but not ice cold. The hot water is perfect for tea. The water dispenses slow, but it's not bad. I like the bottom loading feature. It runs quietly and it doesn't seem to use much electricity at all.

Very happy with this dispenser, easy to use and set up. The bottom loader makes it so easy to use, water is hot, and cold. And it's pretty quiet. Nice addition with the small light that stays on.

This water cooler and heater is just perfect for us. Because it loads from the side (rather than the top) anyone can get the heavy bottle into place. YEA!!!

The bottom load is great and everything works well on this until. However, the cold water setting while chilly, isn't as cold as another unit I had prior to this one. I probably wouldn't know the difference if I didn't have a dispenser before this one so it shouldn't be a deal breaker. What I don't know is that when the house gets hot during the summer, will the water temp stay cold. The hot water dispenser on the hand, is HOT which is great. I also like the child lock on top which is helpful since I have 3 little ones in the house. If the water dispensed ice cold water, this would have easily got 5 stars but overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

This unit fits nicely into our small kitchen, and encourages us to drink good water, rather than the tap water. My only complaint would be that the hot water (at 155) isn't hot enough for my coffee, and the cold water should be a little colder, at least the temp it would be if in a refrigerator. I wish there was a thermostat for each, the cold and the hot.
