[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee pot is very nice and serves its purpose. I like the “no carafe” concept but it has its downfalls. It looks nice on the counter but since there is no actual carafe, you have to take it apart to fill it to make coffee. This requires pulling the coffee pot all the way out to clear the upper cabinet. There are little rubber feet that make pulling the pot forward kind of hard and they fell off the next time I pulled it out so I left them off. It brews coffee nice and hot and holds for 4 hours. You can turn it back on for another 4 hours by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. It’s a little noisy when brewing but not horrible. Overall, it’s a nice coffee pot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach BrewStation 12 Cup Programmable Dispensing Coffee Maker is a nice quality coffee maker! I love that it works as a regular drip coffee maker that that it colds the coffee in the internal tank so you do not need a carafe. It can brew up to 12 cups but it holds the coffee in the tank and keeps the coffee hot and fresh for up to 4 hours. I love how easy it is to operate this coffee maker. I can put my own cup under the machine and dispense the coffee in the cup. I can even have the coffee be ready in the morning by setting it up with the easy programming feature. I love that it fits a travel mug for coffee on the go. The internal tank and the brew basket can be removed and easily cleaned. I highly recommend this coffeemaker because it is easy to use and makes great tasting coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is hands down the best one I have used. What I love most is that no carafe is necessary- I can just fill my mug and go. Saves me counter space and cleaning time. The coffee maker brews the perfect cup of coffee. And the coffee is kept warm throughout the day for refills. The programmable start time is easy to use and there is nothing better than waking up to the smell of coffee. The auto shut off is also a great feature, as I often run out the door forgetting to turn it off. Hamilton Beach makes the best coffee makers and this one is my favorite- great holiday gift idea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it is a decent coffee maker, but I still prefer my old BrewStation. The old BrewStation had a removeable reservoir on the side, and despite being notorious for being leaky, it was still more convenient than having to carry water to my coffee maker and pour it into the machine. The new BrewStation seems to brew coffee just as good as my old one, it is just not as convenient.

I really wanted to love this item (So Sad) I owned a Hamilton Beach Brew Station for the last 10 years. When our Hamilton Beach Brew Station stopped working my wife and I decided to buy the same unit. This looks the same but does not operate correctly. This coffee maker leaks coffee all over the counter every day. I believe after using it for several months that it has a major design flaw. I am at my ends with this thing. Coffee all over the counter every day. They should not even be selling this until the design flaws are fixed (You've been warned) It deserves a "0" rating.

I'm been using this model for over 10 years and decided to purchase a backup machine in case this one goes out. the new unit works just as good except for while dispensing coffee the tank valve dribbles coffee outside the cup and along the unit body making a mess on the counter because it also misses the drip tray. I've been in contact with Hamilton Beach and they have sent me a new upper tank but it still dribbles. I've even tried using my original tank on the new unit and new tank to my old (original) unit but the same thing occurs.

I love this coffee maker, it is perfect for my needs, I like how it keep coffee fresh for four hours.

Liked my 15 year old one better!

I absolute love this design as a coffee maker. It’s a little different, unique, set up from the normal carafe style. I have nothing but 5 stars on every category. Taste is wonderful, keeps coffee hot without burnt taste after a few hours. , programming clock & brew features are simple . I didn’t realize how much I dislike carafes until I found this machine.

This Brew Station work excellently. It starts when programmed to and keeps coffee hot. Easy to work with.

This is a reliable pot, earlier versions of which we've used for years. We had to get another and are pleased with the updates.

Purchased this brew station after our 16 year old Hamilton Beach Brew Station broke. The old brew station was great. Purchased a new brew station and it is unsatisfactory compared to my old model. The new one slides across my counter top when the lever is dipressed to dispense coffee into the coffee mug. There are only two rubber feet to provide resistance and they are not adequate. Had two unsuccessful interactions with Hamilton Beach customer service representatives Kenneth and Shelinda. I will go tomorrow and purchase some silicone or rubber pads to add to the bottom of the coffee maker to stop the movement. Also, the new brew station looks cheaply made when compared to my old model and the power cord is very short. My wife and I will never purchase a Hamilton Beach product again since it is obvious to us that this company does not sell quality products anymore. I am using the new machine in the same location as the old machine thus the counter top surface remainrd constant.

Like the look of this coffee maker and the “no pot” feature. The ability to make iced coffee is great for me and much cheaper than purchasing coffee concentrates, it also frees up refrigerator space since I can make it as I go.

This is the second one I've owned, first one lasted at least 8 plus years. Very impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's compact and does the job! However, there are way too many components to put together. It was overwhelming and I'm pretty handy. Just seemed like a lot going on for the cost of this coffee maker. I do like the blue clear window and the buttons are easy to push. I also like the little drip tray underneath your coffee mug or jug.

The coffee maker works like a charm. I love that it keeps my coffee warm for up to 4 hours. The simplicity of pressing my cup into the machine is great.

I have been using this product for years. This is just to replace my old one.

Made coffee the first morning, no problem. The second day it kept indicating to add water. The water tank was full. Tried unplugging and plugging back in a few times then a loud pop which sounded like a gun going off and water flooded out the bottom of the coffee maker all over the counter and floor. I filed a warranty claim several days ago and have heard nothing back from Hamilton Beach.

We love these Hamilton Beach coffee makers. This was a gift for my sister and brother in law

Returned, difficult to fill

It doesn’t slide after it is set up. I program it the night before and need to pull it out to fill the water chamber. When done, I lift it to put it back for brewing. The little plastic “feet” pop off. Need to be very careful and slow filling it with the water or it will spill all over.

Too cumbersome for me

Product is great. Program for start time, keeps coffee hot without burning. Delivery faster than expected.
