Two things: It could use a light and needs to be a few millimeters wider to accommodate a half sheet cookie sheet.
Delivery was later than promised.
Otherwise it is a useful appliance to avoid heating up a big oven. It works fine!

My Built in Oven went out and can't find Coil to fit..Here was Christmas and New Year to get through..Best Choice I ever made to be able to have an Oven for the Holiday Baking...I have enjoyed Hamilton Beach Counter Oven..I bake beautiful Pies and cakes...I am very satisfied with this oven..You can't go wrong getting this product...

Gets pretty hot on outside. I've only used it for baking potatoes so far. So far I like it.

I’ve really enjoyed our new appliance so far. It’s great for cooking pizzas. My only reservation is that it puts off a lot of heat. I don’t think we’ll be able to use it during the summer months. Otherwise we are very happy with it.

The grill shelves vibrate making an annoying noise . If you use only the proper shelf you can do a good job without the noise.
