[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our toaster almost daily. I love how this one has a wider opening for bagels and a bagel button option so it only toasts one side. I also like that the cord wraps at the bottom but, dont like how the legs aren't long enough to offset the cord so it's a bit wobbly. Other than that, it works great and looks nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Hamilton Beach Pro SS professional 2 slice Toaster. I like the different settings it has. It makes it easy to use and gives the perfect toast to what ever I am making. It is also very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been having to tear one slice of oat bread in two to use my very old toaster until the Hamilton Beach Pro SS professional arrived. It makes excellent golden toast quickly and the variety of sizes and products it takes is amazing! No more tearing those larger sized breads in two. First thing on my next grocery list: bagels! This professional toaster can handle anything.

Very happy with our purchase. We have used it to toast different types of bread including standard slices, thinly-sliced bread, and hand-cut thick slices. We have always got an even toast nicely browned on both sides (as we prefer), without having to reinsert the slice or having to fiddle with settings. Fast enough for our purposes, more so when you consider not having to reinsert and turn over etc etc (like our old toaster required!). Haven't had it long enough to comment on reliability but no reason to doubt it.

Unit arrived defective. The device that compresses and holds the bread in place would not work and therefore rendered the toaster unusable.

Toaster not wired correctly. The One slice button did not work. Bagel button wired backwards. Defrost button just left the elements on full. On normal setting toast would be heading towards black on one side but much lighter on the other side. Some 20 dollar toasters work better. Lesson learned. Keep it simple.

It does a great job. Just dial in the level of toasting you want, for the individual item. The sides do not get too hot to touch during operation.

Pop up very weak. Have to push it up manually often. Even small bread catches on the metal

I thought that 900 watt would be faster to toast but it takes the same amount of time that the old unit did. If I'm toasting an English muffin it requires two cycles at the highest setting on the knob. There is nothing fast about this. I paid twice as much and received the same quality toaster that I had before. I would recommend that you save your money and but any other product. JoeM

The wide slots & "toast boost" are ideal for bagel lovers, which makes it easier to toast & remove bagels when done.Liked the stainless steel finish ... which goes well with the rest of our stainless steel appliances.

This toaster has wide openings for bagels, english muffins, texas toast, and of course regular white bread. I was bit concerned about the heat with the stainless-steel sides and grandchildren’s helpful fingers. It is cool to the touch on the sides and looks good with my other stainless appliances. So glad we got this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is so handy. The large slots are perfect for thick bread, Brioche. The Bagel mode is perfect for English Muffins also. The defrost mode prepared my frozen waffle perfectly and the reheat mode is something else, warmed up but not toasted, dark. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Stainless steel toaster and I love it. This has wide openings for bagels and also has a bagel setting. I have found out going above 3 on the settings is a little to high and you will get dark toast. This also has a setting for reheat and defrost I have not used them yet but I am sure defrost will work with waffles. I love this toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toaster! My old toaster could not fit a bagel in very well. This one has wider slots and I can set it just toast one side of the bagel instead of both sides. That way the bagel gets crispy on one side and remains soft on the other side. The defrost is a great option also. Sometimes I like to make breakfast sandwiches and store them in the freezer. The defrost makes it really easy to defrost them and then warm them up when I want one instead of having to take the sandwiches out the night before. Great toaster, with even browning.
