Cracked when screwed in. Total waste of money. If you get one only screw it in with your thumbnail and you will probably be okay.

Though I have called my local HD several times, the phone just rings and then disconnects. Seems the only way I’ll be able to ask the lady in the window treatment department an essential question is to go there and seek her out.
