After only 2-3 months daily use, the cushions have visible and lopsided sagging and look bad. The back cushion also has small plastic fibers sticking out of the fabric. I am very disappointed.

I’m horribly disappointed with these cushions. I ordered 2 sets in April to replace worn ones on our outdoor chairs. After 5 months with limited use they have visible sagging in the middle of the seat. They’re no longer comfortable to sit on and I’m left with a back ache after sitting on them for more than 30 minutes. For $60 a chair I expected these to last several years. On a good note, the green color still looks great. But I’m replacing them so I can go back to enjoying my patio furniture.

Beautiful and Comfortable

I just bought these. I sat on them like....once. I opened the cushions because of overnight spiders to dust it out and found how cheaply sewn they are! Look at all the string...it's Ridiculous! Then putting it back on tore the seam like nothing. Cheap quality. Spent 200 dollars that I can't get back. These are BRAND NEW. At least I can save someone else. Hampton Bay, I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I am being for ed to. I wish I can get my money back.

The cushions looked good until they were used. After being sat on for only a few minutes the cushions were flattened and did not return to their original shape. See the photos below. They were taken 24 hours after being sat in. There is no foam inside only batting.

This seemed like a great comfortable option for replacing our cushions. Wrong. The photo is 24 hours after sitting on it one time. We will be returning. Very disappointed

I waited till the end of the year to get these on sale $20 off & that was STILL A RIP OFF.. within ONE MONTH time the bottom cushion was FLAT AS A PANCAKE.. I actually FLIPPED my cushion over where now I use the BACK cushion as the SEAT Cushion.. I gave this one star bcuz the fabric & bcuz I could NOT give this a ZERO STAR!!! These cushions are not meant to be SAT on daily they are more for decoration SOO if that’s what you’re looking for..these cushions (?) are for you! DO BETTER Hampton Bay!!!

The lower cushion is becoming flat after only maybe a dozen seating's. Hoping they don't get any flatter. If they do I will only be getting one year of use out of them. Jury is still out as of now.

The seat cushion is great but the polyester in the back cushion is simply stuffed in there with no lining to keep it contained. The fibers are constantly working their way through the fabric. It looks messy and brushing away the fibers only pulls more out. Poorly done.

I actually returned a different brand for the Hampton Bay. These were more expensive and a much nicer Nave Blue. They are not holding up and proving to be as durable as expected after only 1 month they don’t “rebound” after sitting on them. They flatten out and stay that way...I absolutely did not expect this...I previously had H.Bay seating that held up for a couple of years. Not Happy with these...Sorry...

Well made cushions! We are happy with the quality and color. We had a hard time finding the right size cushions to replace our old orange ones. We found these at Home Depot!!

The bottom is flatter then a pancake after sitting on them a couple of times. Cheap cheap cheap

These cushions are made very well. They are thick and sturdy, and the color is vibrant. I am pleased with my purchase!

For some reason, the back cushions are firmer than the seat cushions, which collapsed and lost shape immediately, literally on first sitting. One is so out of shape that it now have a knife edge rather than a box edge, which you can see in the photo. On the plus side, they are water resistant, a good thing with two dogs who love the pool, and they are stain resistant (same). And they are a pretty color. Fabric is scratchy, though. If you're not going to sit on these much, or at all, and mostly need them for looks, they'd be a good buy. Or, if you're cheap, like me, and hate to spend money on things that don't last long in the Arizona heat, the same.

I actually bought these cushions because the color matched our new lanai rug. WOW, they turned out to be the best outdoor cushions I've had so far. Very comfortable, fit well and, even when they get wet, dry quickly and DO NOT sag. Priced well too. We have replaced our original cushions several times over the past 15 years with cushions that were more expensive and were not nearly as nice as these. Went back to get the lounge chair cushion, but they were already sold out.

I bought these cushions early May 2020, used them for the first time with company late June 2020, the cushions dont bouce back, them keep the indentations from being sat on.

Comfortable.

This was perfect! I spray painted one of our patio chairs black, it use to be brown. This color grey was the perfect color then to replace my old brown cushions. The bottom cushion is firm and very thick, the back cushion is thick and soft. A lot of patio cushions are thin and not firm. Love this cushion set!

They look great until you sit on them. The foam is horrible. They immediately sag and look awful after use.

Long lasting, comfy thick durable cousions. Worth the $$ last set lasted us 8 years. With seasonal cleaning and kept outta harsh weather. Maximum daily usage.

Before use, they look awesome. Take a picture before you sit on them because after one use they will never look the same again. We went from excited of our purchase to extremely disappointed because now we have to look at a collapsed indentation in the cushion that is not going away. The foam used is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I will never buy another Hampton Bay product again. I am very regretful we didn't go a different avenue, so, hopefully this review will assist you in avoiding the headache and buying something else.

No bad quality, but not as nice as the original that come with the patio set when first purchased.

Terrible foam cushions. Got these 1 week ago and the seat cushions are sagging and don't keep form. We are not big people. I'm 135lbs my husband is about 175lbs. I would not recommend these at all.

had an old fire pit set by hampton bay - looks so nice with the new cushions and very comfortable - would buy again.

This cushion is thicker than most cushions, With our old ones you could feel the straps under the cushions. Cheaper than getting a new chair or having custom cushions made. I only had to open the box and put them on the chair. Makes watching the fish more comfortable

After much research, we decided to go the with Hampton Bay 24 x 22 seat cushion and we are so glad we did. The color was just what we were looking for.

We sat on these cushion twice and the foam has already started to collapse on the front edge. I thought it would rebound but it has been several days and it hasn’t. For $60 I expected them to last more than a few days before collapsing. Very disappointed!
