Bought a couple of these to replace two fluorescent strips in the garage that had failing starters. Rather than replace the starters, I decided to go with a cleaner look. A couple points to consider:
1) Installation couldn't have been easier. the LED light plate screws right into the junction box, with screw slots to accommodate different sized junction boxes. After sliding the light plate over the screws, just tighten to the ceiling, slide on the diffuser cover, and twist. 2) Be careful when unboxing. On the first one, I wasn't exactly sure how to separate the diffuser and the light plate, and ended up knocking the two together (very lightly). The plastic for the diffuser is very thin, and I ended up putting a small hole and crack in the diffuser. Because these are for the garage, I went ahead and completed the installation, making sure the small hole faces away from any normal viewing angles. Now I'll have to decide whether to find another diffuser (if possible), or simply buy another just for the part. Right now, the cheap side of me just says let it be and fix it with some tape if needed!
