I bought the loveseat separately from the two chairs. I put the chairs together myself. As a 70 female with a bad knee, it was a bit of a challenge. So, when I ordered the loveseat, I paid the extra $60 shipping. Boy, was it ever worth it! Two guys carried the box into the room where I iwanted it. They unpacked everything, assembled it, and took all the mess away. I'm a happy camper.

Delivered on time, easy to assemble if you are comfortable with allen wrench assembly. Looks nice, wicker has a soft muted weathered look to it. I ordered the sunbrella slip cover and they are a perfect fit.

Bought the love seat, swivel/glider chair and coffee table. Fairly easy to assemble as I did all three by myself. Very comfy, stylish and in perfect condition. I would recommend.

It was kinda hard to assemble specially putting or screwing the bolts or screws. Need 2 people to assemble or else I would rate or given it a 5 stars. But overall I love the product.

I'll write the same review for love seal and swivel / gliding chairs. They were delivered Tuesday. The boxes were pretty beat up but the contents were good. One chair and the LS had a cut in the wicker but was no problem to fix. I am VERY impressed with the quality of all 3 pieces. I had all 3 put together in under 2 hours. The bolts are a little cheap - I rounded 2 of the hex holes tightening them up snug. They are solid pieces - comfy - heavy so they won't blow over and seem like they'll last (ask me in 3 years?). I thought the cushions would be cheap but they too seem like they'll last. For the price - you can NOT go wrong with any of these pieces.

Our remodeling is not done but we. Are enjoying the outdoors anyway. These are perfect for our harbor bay view while we wait to finish all building

Defective, no covers for cushions, and feels cheap.

This loveseat, and its matching chair, have transformed my dismal deck into a backyard oasis. No. It is not easy to assemble, at least it wasn’t for me. It took a few tries to get the arm rest to fit perfectly. Keep the screws loose, and tighten after every screw is in place. The quality of the fabric and the sturdiness of the chair is superb. Love it!!

got this furniture- loveseat, chairs, ottamans at a great price. So comfortable and stylish. Taupe is a great neutral color that also won't show dirt too easily.

This furniture is perfect for our new screened in porch. Loves great, nice quality, and not too hard to put together.

Great product! Sturdy, well built and easy to put together. Tried to order the Chili colored cushions but the website only let me choose the Toffee so I ordered those. After making a phone call to the manufacture, they gave me a sku number to enter into the site, Bam! Here were all the color options so I reordered in Chili.Funny thing is, the order I placed last arrived first by more than a week and was $100 cheaper than the standard Toffee cushions. Go figure. So far, very happy with the quality and comfort of the loveseat and chairs. Would buy again.

Very comfortable.

Good value and a very classy traditional look. Comes in four sections that you put together. Takes a little time, but once you do one chair it becomes very easy for the next. Had it shipped to the house using Home Depots free shipping. These come in very large boxes so it is worth having them deliver to your home.

Perfect size for our patio space and very comfortable for our medium sized bodies. Enough cushion to make it soft, yet not so much you get hot being surrounded by cushion. Rather easy to put together. Creates the perfect setting for a Zen Retreat listening to our waterfall.

We have had this product for about 3 weeks now and we love the look of it. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge for me with my big bear paws and a tiny allen wrench they provide, but in the end it was a success and under the circumstance very easy to do. We live in Las Vegas and we hope that it can withstand the summer elements as we will take the cushions off when not is use, but the furniture itself will be exposed. It is comfortable and is great for us as I am a man of size and I feel that is supports me well as well as allows me to feel comfortable on it. With our experience so far, we would highly recommend this product for both the look and comfort it offers at a reasonable cost to us.

I love the color of the wicker and the cushions. It is very comfortable and roomy, It looks wonderful on my patio. I plan to spend many hours reading books on it.

In 4 words: “I LOVE this furniture.” In a lot more words…read on. We have owned the Beacon Park patio set for about a month. We have three swivel/rocking chairs, one loveseat, a coffee table, an end table, and two ottomans. It is far outweighing our expectations so far. I will try to touch on the stuff I wanted to know in our exhaustive search for outdoor patio furniture. When buying online, sight unseen, you just NEED MORE INFO than in-store purchases. So here it is: STURDINESS AND QUALITY - 9/10 – Ok, I’m kinda picky, I’ll admit. But we are very satisfied in the stability and construction of this set. Nothing gives or squeaks when you sit, rock or swivel in the chairs. They are solid. The wicker is smooth, no loose or sharp ends. It has rained twice in the last month her in SoCal and so far, no issues. Our set is out in full sun/rain. It’s only not a 10 because a 10 is perfect and we had some alignment issues during assembly (see photos of sofa armrest gap). STYLE - 10/10 – We looked at probably 1,000 different sets online, and another 50+ in stores. This set is right up there with the nicest (& priciest) we’ve seen...without the high cost. The armrests in particular are amazing. So wide it gives them the look of much more expensive pieces. ASSEMBLY – 8/10 – Hubby spent 30-40 minutes per piece (tables took less). I helped for a few minutes on the first one, but the next pieces he did himself. A few holes didn’t quite line up, but overall it went together fairly well. Directions were easy to follow. The assembly video on HD’s website for this product was very helpful. CUSTOMER SERVICE – 7/10 – The company handling this furniture through Home Depot is Yotrio in the City of Industry. We had a problem during assemply with one chair and when we called, the rep said this set is so new she didn’t have it in their “system” so would have to find the sku for the part we needed. The left side to one of our chairs has a stripped bracket so would not fully tighten. Hubby had already put together two when we discovered this, so he knew it wasn’t right; we need a new side piece. It’s been a week now and we are still waiting to hear back. Hence the 7/10 rating. It’s not our fault the set is new. If it is in stores and avbl to buy, they should have the parts available too. Hopefully they get it figured out soon as I think this set has the potential to be very popular in the coming summer. PRICE/VALUE – 9/10 – We were looking at furniture in the 2-3k price range when we settled on this set. We spent around 1k, and have seating for 5, plus two ottomans, a coffee table and end table. Granted, we were looking at aluminum, not steel, but the sets were also not as PERFECT as this is. I mean…the chairs are A M A Z I N G. You just cannot imagine…they are sooo comfy. Swivel AND rock? A rare quality at this value. Since we had steel chairs that rusted on our patio in the past, we decided to err on the side of caution and put an outdoor rug under this furniture…just in case it ends up rusting over time. The 9x12’ rug was $175 @ Pier 1 (on sale) so it was a relatively small price to pay to protect our cement in the event the set does leak over time. CUSHIONS – We bought the two-sided toffee (solid and pattern) cushions that came with the set. THEY ARE REMOVEABLE. You can order different slipcovers at Home Depot, including Sunbrella, which is a huge plus. Down the line, if we decide to replace the covers, that is an option with this set. The toffee ones we got were the standard fabric. They are fine. Not super soft, but not scratchy either. And water beads right off. They’ve held up well in the rain so far. If you want different slipcovers, search “Beacon Park slipcovers” on HD’s website and you’ll see all the choices. BOTTOM LINE: we are more than satisfied. Without any reviews on the Beacon Park set when we bought it, it was a bit of a leap of faith for us, since we typically rely heavily on reviews before buying. I’m glad we took the leap though, as it was definitely worth it. I really think you will love this set, too!
