They start by blinking and die shortly after. We thought “wow no bulbs to change!” when we installed them. Now we’re tossing three entire light fixtures in the trash! Such a shame.

Very attractive and easy to install! I replaced an old corroded fixture with this sleek modern one and it looks great! The LED light is a plus.

It's always hard to tell in online photos. Probably wish I had gone to the store. Looks nice online but when arrived, seems cheaper and smaller than I expected. Installed and working fine and I like the LED. It's just that the light looks more robust in the online add.

This LED light is cute and does not require light bulbs to be installed. I purchased one for the back and one for the side of the house, replacing flood and regular lights. They provide enough light to serve my purposes.

This is what you would expect in a light for your outdoors. The only disappointment was I did not look at sizing and measurements and this is much smaller than I would expect for a porch light. It almost looks silly to me. It does the job though and was easy to install in terms of lighting. I paid a little more for a Home Decorators collection and it was much bigger and “grander”.

Its worked for 4 years than it started to blink. We did forget to turn it of alot of the time so it was on all day and night. Sucks that you cant just replace the LED.

I had to change these 2 lights out after 3 years. And by changing them, I had to REPLACE them with new. I wanted to buy one of the best for our porch lights and, considering the product supposedly lasting up to 46 years, I thought this product would do just fine. This product is very poorly made and, unfortunately, I was swayed by the 'up to 46 year' assurance. I called Hampton Bay, but because I did not keep my receipt, I got no help. Thanks for nothing!

The only thing is that I haven't had them long enough to sell all how long they last They look nice and easy to install

I bought this online about 6+ months back and just got around to installing it. The led light let off so little light you could not tell it was on. Too late to return and can't replace the LED. What a waste of time and money!

The instructions are easy to follow and it is very easy to install. I installed this light at my front door when I had a new deck put on this summer. I loved it so much I just installed another one at my back door. The led light is brighter than I expected. Love this light so far. My only concern is when the led light stops working as there is no light bulb to replace.

These are on the small side and I do wish I would have bought the bigger size. They are quite bright though and give off really nice light! The installation was easy but that could depend on the surface of your exterior.

It was time to replace my four 20 year old fixtures. decided to try these, and i am very happy. the install bracket allows it to be rotated to level very easy. It is cheap, so i dont expect Super high quality, but the build feels solid. They are bright in the night and give off a angled light as seen in photo. they also produce nice radiant light and is very bright in my driveway. For the price these are really a good buy.

Overall nice quality. I run them dusk to dawn so maybe the LEDs will save a few dollars. I happened to find them on sale so I am not sure if they are being closed out. If you are interested I grab them soon.

Great value for this little exterior LED light. 350 lumens for only $20. I drilled a small hole and added the Hampton Bay photocell Replacement 1001-514-415 for $9. Now this light has every feature that I want. Works great!

This product's light output is 340 lumens, so less than a 40 watt equivalent, which is generally related to 500 lumens. Not sure why it's output is not listed on the webpage, but it is specified on the back of the box. I selected two of these off the webpage, so was assuming at least 500 lumens to provide more area lighting from a shed they are mounted on. Price is great, quality looks good, just be aware may not provide the distance lighting you might be looking for. Would be perfect for smaller areas. Also, thrifty on electricity, consuming 5.87 watts. A 500 lumen LED bulb uses around 7.5 watts, for reference.

PROS: Affordable Easy to Install BRIGHTER than expected Warm light temperature Preferred Light Throw CONS: No Timer, Dimmer, or motion sensor* I just replaced a rusting lamp that started pulling from the wall. Replacing a dual lamp for this unit, I chose the LED that had a warm temperature - not that pure white daylight kelvin temperature that appears more like a sanitized light than a homey "we'll keep the light on for you" feeling. My own installation was longer since I didn't use proper tools, and the wall was not ready like it should have been. If you have a strong mount available, it's only a matter of replacement, proper wiring (two wires) and sizing the bolts to mount the lamp onto the wall, not at all rocket science. One usually connects LED lighting with low-wattage, sanitized colors and weak light throw. This lamp bucks all these trends. Once I installed the lamp, I was curious how bright the light throw might be. Coming home that evening, it looked much better than I had expected. The light was warm - I looked across the alley at other porch lamps using tungsten bulbs and the warmth looked similar. Only looking up into the lamp will you see the LED chips, and boy - they seem to throw an equivalent of 60-80 watts. The lamp is just higher than eye level. The light throw travels right down our deck steps allowing us to see our keys there. My wife and I are thoroughly happy. As for the cons, I realize that the lamp is basic, no-thrills. It's worth it.

This product is at a great price point for the product. It has a elegant look and looks great on my deck. I have purchased 3 of them and would differently recommend. I really like the look of the housing without a traditional light bulb.

Great, inexpensive, bright and sips power. Never needs a replacement bulb. We love the look. It's too bad that it's only available in black. We sprayed them brown to match our house trim.

Well built product. Easy to install. Throws light downward and outwards where its needed.

The first one we purchased failed and had to be replaced. The LED was supposed to to last for years. Poor quality materials.

I bought this thinking it would be a good alternative to having a bulb being replaced. While it was great when I first got it, the built in flaw of this product has shown itself after 4 years. It did not reach the 50,000 hours life span that it promises and all but 1 of the LED lights are off and the last one is dim. Unfortunately I have found there are no replacement panels to buy to pop in and out of this. It is literally a one and done ordeal. Going Led bulb instead, avoid buying.

Gerat light but only lasted me under a year and a half. Second light and same thing with both.
