Easy to install (by a professional). The high speed isn’t as high as I would like and there is no dimming of the light. Considering the price I would have expected more. Oh well. It’s in, it’s done.

The fan was very easy to install including the wiring, but after completion it did not work. I called the 800 number for troubleshooting and after 15 minutes or so, they said the receiver was defective. I took the receiver to Home Depot and they exchanged it for another one. The fan is working great and the inconvenience was irritating, but worth the time... I would buy the same model again.

Very easy to install. Took a few minutes to install the other 3 fans after we did the first one. We love the plug & play. My main reason for buying this fan was the brightness of the light! The light is very bright (& dimmable). Works perfect and the fan is veryyyy quiet. We put (4) up in one day with daylight left to enjoy the rest of the day. You can't go wrong with this fan!

Love this fan. This is the second one i purchased. Live the Alexa enabled feature. The LED light can get very bright and you have different setting for different moods. The fan cools very good. And the look is very modern and minimalistic. Strongly recommend it.

I bought five of these fans and so far in less than a year 2 of the LED lighting units inside them have failed, leading to a rapid blinking effect reminiscent of a haunted house. Warranty support was able to help me, but I will be replacing them with another brand as soon as they die again out of warranty

I bought and installed this for my elderly mother. Installation was simple enough. The mount works fine on standard junction boxes. Though the screws were not appropriate for the depth of my box. I wish there was more than one remote included as in my application, there are 2 ends of the room and it would be nice to turn the light on from either using a remote. However, configuring this with Google Home worked flawlessly and is very responsive, once you learn the specific commands (Slow, Fast, Fastest, etc).

This fan is amazing. It's modern, the light is brighter than many ceiling fans, the installation was easy, and the features are excellent! If I had another room, I would buy another one! My ceiling is low so the brightness on the ceiling is not the best. But the fan is so nice I will work it. :D

Installation video was very helpful. Installed it myself and saved $179 in doing so. The fan looks and works well so far.

I absolutely love this fan!! I was hesitant to pay the price for it but I wanted a 'smart' fan and thought the extra $$ would be worth it. After the rather easy installation, installing the fan blades took longer than the remote box so that's all you need to know about installation, my fan was up and running faster than almost any other fan in recent memory. There are 4 fan speeds and I like my fan to blow me away, I rarely use the highest speed because it is so windy....but then again it's winter so that could change when in the Summer. The light is pretty darn bright and it has different white light settings but I don't use them often. The light cover is plastic and the fanblades seem to easily scratch when installing so I had to be careful but both weren't deal breakers. The fan is very quiet with only the wind making any noise. It works great with Alexa once I linked it up with the Hubspace app so much so that I don't use the remote it came with. I originally tried to save some $$ with a different fan but in hindsight this fan is a great buy for what you get.

This fan is great, I’ve had it for almost a week now. The light gets really bright and it was easy to install. The remote works well and internet connectivity is awesome, I can control it with the phone app and leave the remote on the wall. I have not played with warm and cool light features but I suspect it works fine since all the other features work well. I would purchase this fan again.
