Fan is good installation was a breeze however always make sure to read them thoroughly. The blades are plastic composite so they will last compare to other materials that may not last in this Florida moisture.

In the process of finding a matching fan to our other Hampton Bay we got lucky w/the Gazebo. Just contemporary enough and a good match. Ordered on line because our local store didn't have it available and it got here in a timely manner and in good shape.

It's a very quiet fan...Easy to install.The only thing I would have to say negative about the fan is not about the fan persa but manufacturer. I needed a longer neck for the fan. So I had to buy one for my slanted ceiling. The pole that came with it was too short for the angle. One other thing an extra light kit screw would have been nice being that I lost one . Lol.

I have a screened in porch that while a great place to sit and relax or eat during the Summer it lacks light big time so eating outdoors after sunset is not so fun. I was going to install a light, but with a full porch remodel in the works that will include a bead board ceiling I thought a fan with light would be a nicer touch than just a light. I also like the idea that bugs tend not to like moving air so even though it is screened in the fan might get rid of any bugs that do make it into the porch. Install took about 3 hours total that includes running wire, conduit, and installing a ceiling fan box. I probably went overkill on the wiring and conduit but it makes me feel better about the setup. I am impressed with the look and overall quality of the fan as an assembled unit. The light bulbs that came with this appear to give off enough light, but once the weather warms up and I can have dinner outside after dark I will know if it is enough light or if I need to put in brighter LED bulbs than it came with.
Pros: Fairly easy to assemble and install, replaceable light bulbs.
Cons: As others have stated, fan blades are not that easy to install.

These fans (I bought two!) are a perfect addition to my patio. The brushed nickel and the dark fan blades coordinate well with my patio furniture. They operate smoothly and quietly. This was an excellent purchase!
