I love these chairs! Putting them together wasn't too difficult...
I love these chairs! Putting them together wasn't too difficult -- just be careful not to tighten all the bolts on one side first or it will be hard to line up the other side. Leason learned the hard way on first chair. Holes do line up, everything was included, and instructions were easy to follow. FYI -- the box weighs over 70 pounds. Luckily I didn't have to lift it. Just dragged it through the door. As an "over 70" female, I was proud of myself for putting these together alone. Having a helper would have made it much easier.

I ordered 2 chairs, and when we started to assemble the chairs we were missing a left side arm and 4 if the small bolts. I threw the b ones away so I can get anywhere with returning them. And can't seem to find these parts any where.

Great product and very easy to put together. I did one of them in 30 mins or less. Please call ...
Great product and very easy to put together. I did one of them in 30 mins or less. Please call customer service to make sure the product is in stock. I had a nightmare on my first selection of my 1st choice and was told it would be delivered in 30 days and of course it wasn't even in stock. So just confirm and order immediately. If you don't get tracking right away beware. All in all i like the chairs but wish the 1st choice had been available and customer service had been honest and up front that the first choice was not in inventory.

Set looks nice, but the seat cushions are thin. ...
Set looks nice, but the seat cushions are thin. After a short while, the rails supporting the seat can be felt through the cushion making it uncomfortable. Can't sit on chairs for more than 15 minutes. Will probably replace cushions in the near future.

Easy to assemble, and these are extremely comfortable chairs! Did find them to be a bit over-priced, but wanted matching chairs to the main set ~ so overall, they look great. The slip covers aren't the easiest to put on the foam cushions, but it works. We've had the entire set for two weeks, and have noted that in extreme heat (who doesn't have that nowadays?), the metal is warm/hot to the touch. All things considered, would definitely recommend these.

Beautiful chairs, arrived early, fairly easy to assemble BUT they are not comfortable. The seat cushion is thin. I am not a large person but within thirty minutes, I could feel the support for the seat poking at me. The cushions should be thicker or have more structure. Do we have to take them apart to return?

Nice Comfy Chairs
Get this - the patio set we replaced with 4 of these chairs was purchased in about 1980 so we did good buying them and hope for the same with these chairs!!
These chairs are attractive and very comfortable - we like that we can rock & swivel!! Looking forward to lots of time sitting on the patio once the weather settles down.
