Not bad But handle with care, good customer service

Well built cabinet, and if you know what your doing easy to install. Only wish drawer guides and doors were non slamming style.

Cabinet came with broken hinge, making the door visibly not level. Tried adjusting it in every manner but still cannot get it to be level... homedepot flagged this comment as a “shipping compliant” however, i bought this directly, preassembled, from them (no shipping). This was a manufacture error that quality control should have caught...

This Base kitchen cabinet was perfect for my kitchen. Spacious with quiet closing drawers.

This was faded but not as bad

It's nice and sturdy but I wish there was more clearance between the bottom of the drawer face and the top of the cabinets.

Love it! Makes my crafting station look amazing.

Drawer slides poor quality. Drawer slide mounts poorly installed drawer pulls out uneven on any larger drawer than 12".

We completely renovated our kitchen utilizing the Hampton Bay Hickory cabinets. We absolutely love the look of of the wood grain. We did paint the front of the cabinets in a complimentary color to make the beauty of the doors really stand out. The construction of the front of each cabinet is beautifully made and the hardware is well fitted. The only reason I did not give these cabinets 5 stars is the quality control on the cabinet boxes are not great. We ultimately exchanged 4 cabinets due to poorly placed or unconnected staples, sidewalls poorly fitted to the front panels and such. There was a minor detail on every cabinet that quality control missed however most issues were minor and did not affect the functionality or beauty of the cabinetry. We ordered on-line with ship to store but did all our exchanges at our local Home Depot. Staff were excellent both during pick up and exchanges.

4 cabinets purchased, no issues with delivery, one shelf was missing from one of the 24" cabinets, everything else was great

Very nice looking and easy to install. I wanted to add more cabinets to my kitchen. I picked it up in-store. I assembled it with an 18" cabinet and added a countertop and hardware. It looks like I had them installed.

Used it as part of an island. Easy to attached to the another cabinet. Simple and easy way to make an island. The back is unfinished so you need to but a panel to cover it.

Good quality product, but it was a bit pricey.

I do remodeling of homes and this is my second kitchen with the white Hampton Bay kitchen cabinets..first one I ordered all 15 cabinets special order in store..only one had an issue with dent in back side but I was able to hide it next to another cabinet...the next set of cabinets I ordered some from store and some on line..all arrived well packaged but one had a defect where a broke off screw was embedded in frame..not bad enough to return..was able to fix..over all they looked great up and have many compliments!!

It is exactly a month since I purchased this cabinet and one of the cabint door fell off this morning . This whole experience was disaster, not only that delivery people never drop the cabinets on the 12th floor, where I live but I got an attitude from them .

Several months ago I had purchased the Hampton wall cabinets for the laundry room. Those were good. The quality or quality control is sub standard. There was a screw showing out of the front of one of the base cabinets and a cracked on the backside. The second cabinet was missing screws holding the brace under the drawer. I would not put these cabinets in a kitchen nor bathroom. They are okay for a garage or laundry room. Also there is no room between the drawer's top and the top of the cabinet, so I had to add a piece of wood to raise it in order to install a laminate countertop. I would not purchase again.

Custom cabinets, that cost 4x or more as much, will be better quality. However, for their price, these can't be beat. I've purchased quite a lot of these in the past year, both in "Medium Oak" and white. They are all generally of the same quality. Little things might be wrong - for example the kick panel on the bottom of one of these was slightly misaligned. A tap with a rubber mallet fixed it. The side walls tend to be a bit flexible, which makes it a little trickier to get things aligned - especially if you are installing in an older house where the walls and floors aren't completely flat nor at right angles to each other. But really, there's not much to complain about. I've done three separate projects with these and would use them again.

It's out the product was made very cheap. Lots of imperfections and things not being exactly square

I bought these cabinets and had to return them due to flaws in the side and doors. I tried to exchange them but the ones in the storea had flaws as well. So I went to another store that had them and they had flaws in the doors. Inspect your purchase before you leave the store for flaws. They are great cabinets if you find ones without flaws.

Draws are not square and doesn’t close or open easily.

Very nice looking well made.

Draw bottom fell out with minimal weight load. I was very disappointed

Looks good

We ended up re-building it as it was not square and we had to create new supports to make it sturdy. We also changed out the glides to soft close glides.

The product is too fragile. The woods are not strong.
