Nice fan, works great. Electrician installed with separate wall dimmer switches for the light and fan. The light dimmer worked great but the fan dimmer had an annoying loud humming sound. I saw a review on the US site for this model that said do NOT use a dimmer for the fan as it will not work and the fan will be loud. Electrician removed the dimmer to a normal switch and humming stopped. At the lowest speed you still get a small hum but that's the motor working as norm.

We picked up two of these fans on a whim in the store because they were marked down to $25. The install was straightforward and the app with the instructions was nice. My son’s bedroom fan was very outdated looking so this is a nice change. It is quiet, but not as quiet as the one we had in there before. So that’s the only con. It’s not loud per say I guess my expectations were that it would be just as quiet as the old fan from the early 00s.

So i order online with Home Depot all the tine. I ordered a fan was charged $98.00 plus tax. It was delivered this morning and had a sticker that it was on sale for $25.03 yet i was charged the full price! So disappointed.

We've had the fan a year, it looks nice in our kitchen but the cheap chain pull to change the fan speeds disconnects and needs to be reattached often. The whole chain came out of the unit and we're going to have to cut power, take apart fan and see if we can reattach. Either way probably just go with a different brand and remote control fan

We purchased this fan for my toddlers room and cannot say enough good things about it. It looks far more expensive than it was. My husband said it was the easiest fan hes ever installed. It is so quiet. It also is extremely low profile. If you are hestitating because of the low price, dont worry, its great!

A little difficult to put together but beautiful when done

Was easy to install and is flush mount to the ceiling which is what I was looking for. I wanted one a little bigger than this but nothing in stock bigger, works well for the price but I find the fan motor is a bit louder than my other ceiling fans.

We bought our first fan for my son’s room and the quality and style grew on me. I ended up buying 3 more and love the difference it made in each room. It’s a quiet fan (wires need to be tucked in properly in the motor housing or it will be rub and make sounds) and keeps the rooms cool without having to run the AC as much. One of the glass shades, however, had crooked holes and when you place the glass cap, it looked silly and obvious. I called customer service and spoke to a friendly gentlemen who is sending me 2 replacement glass shades, 1extra..! Very happy with all of my purchases and the great customer service.

The fan looks sharp. I like how the blades snap together and how everything has rubber on it so no worries with noise etc.

Electrical cables need a tide to prevent them from the rotating motor which could peel the cables as the motor turn ( if they are below the fan motor assembly ) and may cause a short or fire. I am talking about the electrical connections cables when there is no outlet box an you need to tuck this cables between the mounting bracket and the concrete ceiling.

This was the easiest ceiling fan to install, even for a woman!! I installed it all by myself. Absolutely love it!! Great quality!!

Very nice fan for the price point. The instructions were easy to follow. I had a red wire that was hooked up to a blue wire in the fan I was replacing. I wired black to black, white to white, blue to red, and green to green for ground. Everything worked great. Perfect size fan for a moderate size bedroom.

This is a great fan that was very easy to install (took only 45 minutes for 1 person). The directions lacked a few details. For example, in step 3, if you have a wall switch to your fan there will be an extra wire in your ceiling that you should connect to to the blue wire of your fan base. Also in step 4 you will need a 7/16" wrench to tighten the nuts (it doesn't even show this in the "tools required" section of the instructions). Between steps 4 and 5 you'll really want to make sure the wires are tucked under the bracket so they don't rub up against the fan. A few positives about the installation: on Step 3 when you are doing the wiring there is a little hook to attach the fan motor too; this allows you to use both hands to do the wiring. On Step 6; attaching the fan blades to the fan arms was simple. No tools needed just snap them into place; great design! It's worth noting that the fan blades are more of a laminate and aren't real wood (if that really matters to you). Overall a great fan. I would highly recommend.

This is a great looking quiet ceiling fan that moves a lot of air for its size. It puts out plenty of light for a small to medium sized bedroom. This fan was built with the installer in mind and I sure do appriciate it. With features like a hook to hang the fan motor while you do the wiring, tabs on the fan blade arms to help line them up while you screw them in, and the fact that the blades just snap on the arms with no tools required really help the installation go quick and trouble free. Tool free removal of the fan blade will make cleaning them a simple task also. This ceiling fan is a great bargain.

I just purchased this fan today after owning the Middleton fan for about a month. I can say this is a much quieter fan. The Home Depot in my area was great about refunding my money. Only $30 dollars more and seems to be much better quality and workmanship. Moves a lot of air too. I recommend it over a budget fan.

very easy to install especially with the Bilt app that takes you step by step through the build. Great quality fan, that mounts securely to the light junction box and therefore to the ceiling.

It looks nice, and it is very quiet. I also appreciate that it takes regular sized LED bulbs.

Good fan, easy for Home Depot referred installer. Good experience with the one I chose to install light. I’m going to buy 2 more later and have the installed by the same Home Depot installers! Have had them 2 weeks now.

Not sure hoythe blades will hold up. Never tried the quick assembly blades. It was easy to assemble but not first fan

Very pretty fan, super quiet and easy installation. I changed out the 2 LED bulbs to daylight brightness ones because the guest room was too yellowy and dark!
