This is a great fan. We put it in our new Sunroom, it is very nice. Runs very quiet

basic fan with enough speed options to address temperature variations. loved the no light option. wish the design could be improved with a more modern flair.

It took me 3 hours to install this fan; poor instructions and "blind" assembly required. I have installed other ceiling fans (Hunter) in less than 30 minutes. I would never by another Hampton Bay.

I like the look. Since we were replacing an old fan on a slope we used the existing cap and pole and it was fairly simple to replace. The first night though, it clacked so bad we eventually turned it off. The problem was we didn’t have the blades spaced correctly. Now it works fine.

Easy installations except I would put the blade brackets on motor BEFORE hanging it. Instructions dont do it in that order.

Overall very happy with purchase. I gave it a 4 star due to the fan blades being scratched. Installed them as I don't want to return fan to store and have another one shipped to me. Very happy with performance and looks of the fan in our breezeway. I don't know how well the blades will hold up in the damp winter nights but they say it is ok in my application. I would recommend this product overall.

Great looking fan. We replaced a builer grade white fan in our living room. 11 ft. ceilings required a 24" extension rod. We really liked the blade design and also found out the easy blade mount was nice. A big upgrade from our old fan.

The fan went together following instructions, except we found it easier attach the blades to the mounts before installing on the fan. Although the instructions indicated that the blades were balanced, we had some vibration on high speed. The instructions suggested that the blades were not equidistant from the ceiling, this was not true, they are. I bought a balance kit, but haven't tried it, yet.

Nice quality for the $. Looks more expensive than it is. Bought the 48" extension pole with it.

We have been very happy with Hampton Bay Fans and their replacement policy. We were very satisfied with Katrina who issued credit on a defective fan that had been discontinued, and found a comparable replacement. that we are very satisfied with. We currently have 6 Hampton Bay fans in our house

Excellent fan - smooth and quiet. Would be a good idea to practice attaching the blades to a bracket before waiting until after the brackets are installed - it can be a difficult job then.

I purchased this fan for my living room as a replacement. So far so good.

I wanted a bigger fan for my workshop, 16' x 30' with 10' ceiling. I have a wood stove in the shop and wanted to move the warm air around when using the stove. I mounted the fan up close to the ceiling and with the fan on medium speed the output is fantastic. The fan is quiet and vibration free. Installation was simple and the instructions were detailed and easy to follow.
