Open the small box first
I really do love this set’ and we ordered during COVID-19 times so the shipping was very delayed which is to be expected. My only problem, was setup- I read the reviews prior to purchasing and knew nothing would be labeled and that it would most likely be a difficult setup- I’m pretty confident in putting things together but this was frustrating. I’m not sure why they aren’t able to give each piece a number or a letter to better assist you- the furniture isn’t cheap..... that being said I started with the big box and was so frustrated!!!! I decided to try the small box next- it is a middle section piece and gives you a trial shot. Once you realize how to put one together it does go much smoother- follow the big chunky holes and big metal stand outs!!!! It’s worth it once it’s put together.

Wicker color not as shown
We ordered this outdoor set to go with our already existing wooden outdoor furniture. We were excited to see a medium brown colored wicker set and hoped it would blend with our other items. We were extremely disappointed to see that it is almost a charcoal/black color that greatly contrasts our existing patio furniture.
I’m hoping it will lighten up over time??? I was thrilled with the idea of this but still, almost a year after purchase, it’s still as dark as ever.

Excellent quality and VERY comfortable, difficult assembly
I love this set and everything about it but ONE thing. The assembly instructions were very hard to follow. Pieces werent labeled to corresponding parts in the manual and it became about a half day of work and frustration. I normally love putting things together but this was definitely not something I would want to assemble again. Other than that, this is an amazing outdoor furniture set. I was very impressed by how comfortable the cushions are!

Although this outdoor sectional is beautiful, it takes a great deal of time to assemble. So far I have assembled one of the inner sections. Unfortunately it has been too cold and rainy to assemble the other pieces. The cushions are thick and extremely comfortable. The quarry red is more of an orange color, which I like better. The fabric appears to be durable and since mine is on a covered porch I cannot attest to how durable it would be if exposed to the elements. I gave it four stars because it is not easy to assemble. Other pieces of patio furniture I have gotten from Home Depot have come assembled.

What a wonderful outdoor sectional sofa! Amazing quality and it looks great! Just FYI - It will arrive in a LARGE box, and each of the sections will need (minimal) assembly, however instructions are included (of course) and it's rather easy. You'll have everything assembled and you'll be ready to enjoy it within about a half hour. The wicker sections as well as the cushions are sturdy and seem durable. Also, the fabric on the cushions definitely has water-resistance (scotch guard) applied at the factory as any water "beads" on top of the cushions if exposed. The red color is perfect - Not too bright. This sectional will be getting a lot of use throughout the year on our back patio by the pool. Very happy.
