The foam cushions that come with the chairs do not fit in the slipcover. There is a slight curve at the top of the slipcover. The foam that fits in the slipcover does not have this curve, so it does not fill out the slipcover. It leaves extra fabric at the top. Looks terrible. I have contacted customer service and they told me to return the items. I would have to disassemble all four chairs to do this.

I love it. The size is just right and it is very comfortable. I like the fact that I can purchase different color slipcovers for the cushions.

Came packaged very well. All hardware was labeled and individually sorted (plus extra), with wrenches included. Fairly easy to assemble; 2 people makes it easier. Cushion covers are not on the cushions. Putting the zippered covers on wouldn’t be much trouble except there are sooooo many loose threads on the inside. I trimmed it all off which took forever and was really aggravating. The cushions tie onto the frame. Velcro type fasteners on the cushions would have been a nice touch. Once assembled these are really nice chaises with thick cushions at a very reasonable price. I’m pleased with the purchase.

Tricky to build, but all the parts were there and sturdy once built. The cushion covers arrived a few days after the chair, and as some other reviewers have said, the head cushion cover does not fit with the cushion. The cushion is about an inch too big, and there is a headrest bump at the top of the cushion cover that does not exist on the cushion, so it’s just empty. I would have give this 5 stars for the quality of the chair itself, but this cushion issue is a simple manufacturing/quality control flaw that isn’t really acceptable for the price of this chair.

Ordered in April and finally got them in August. We were so looking for to this set until we put them together. We got 4 and 2 of them the bolts don’t line up with holes and 1 of them has terrible paint one. We are extremely disappointed, we ended up getting $150 back as refund for the defective items. We were hoping to get the replacement but was told that we had to wait because they are on back order and don’t know when we would receive them.

Was so excited to receive this product, the organization of the packaging and hardware, and the instructions, looked very promising. Unfortunately 2 days and 3 people's time later, it still cannot be assembled and utilized. Difficult to attach arm to base with bolt part BB when the holes don't align (see photo). What happened to QA processes?? Not sure how I will be able to resolve this during current crisis and now I am stuck with half-assembled non-operational scrap metal.

Well these chairs are great unless you need their warranty program. Not only did they try and change the warranty time frame, they had to be chased for weeks to get a response. Once they approved my replacement I only recieved the cushion inserts. When questioned for another few weeks for the covers, I was refered to an outside vendor. Still do not have a cover for my cushion! Customer service is not what it once was!

I ordered chili red but got blue cushion covers. Other than that it’s a beautiful lounge chair and easy to assemble.

The cushions are not properly made to fit the cushion. The inside of the cushion the fabric is unraveling and getting caught in the zipper. The cushion looks horrible and super cheap on the chaise lounge. I would not purchase!

We’ve had a few rainstorms and already within a few weeks there is rust dripping onto my patio Other then that they are great

The materials all look quality. They were easy to put together. We were expecting the slats on the chairs to be at least twice the thickness that they are. However, with the pads in place the chairs do seem sturdy.

I bought 2 of these in May 2022. In July 2022 I decided I wanted a 3rd. However, they went up $100 each!!! I will NOT be buying it now!

So far so good. A little expensive, but seems to be well made and comfortable.

Assembly challenging as all bolt holes did not align correctly. Plastic wheels were a surprise since frame was metal. Cushions appear quality. I would order again.

Being 6’2” I was concerned this would be short and flimsy. This chaise is none of either. Very comfortable and sturdy. And very well constructed. A+

Two drill holes were not aligned properly. For one, I was able to sort of screw it sideways. For the other, it was so misaligned, I stuck a small hex wrench in to hold it and taped over it. And yes I know not to tighten all the screws until they are all partially in. I’ve put together many patio furniture items before. These were clearly misaligned holes.
