Fiesty Little Thing
I had this fan put in a small, vaulted room, and it looks and works nicely when the remote is working. The size of the fan works great in my little room and it puts out some really good air. I gave it 4 stars because of the remote. The remote light comes on, but it just stopped operating the fan only a few months from the purchase. I don't know what is wrong with it, but the first time that the remote went out, the electrician pulled a piece of the responder from out the ceiling fan so that it would communicate with the remote from any angle of the room, and it worked fine. Who knows what the problem is now....ugh.

This fan far exceeded my expectations. I have it in an 11x17 room and it works perfectly. The remote works great. I haven't had any issues.
This fan was not available in the stores and I had to order it and it came in two days.
So, the reason it took 4 hours to install was because of not-so-great documentation and my own inexperience with ceiling fan installation. Now that it's up and running, I could do another in 60-minutes or less.
At first I was concerned because on the "Lo" setting the blades turn really slow but it turns out to be the perfect speed for above-the-bed comfort.
Everything was packed well, the fan is super QUIET, there's a phone number to call for help (tho I waited 10-minutes and eventually gave up), and it's a really beautiful fan. The remote works well (tho I wish there was a timer function).
Time will tell if it holds up but for now, I'm happy.
I purshased this because i like having smart devices and i hate having to get up to either find the remote or switch to turn on or off the fans. I have multiple fans and soloution was less expensive that buying multiple smart fans. Installation was easy enough and adding the Alexa skill was simple enough and on the first try all fans were voice controlled. My biggest disappointment is thar the power connecter was loose at the device and it kept losing power. So im going to return this one and make one final second attempt. I enjoyed it enough to give it a second chance

With hesitation - it's a great looking fan/light and a great price point. There's no dimmer function and the included LED bulb is pretty dim so count on it for ambiance, and not much else. The fan feature scores a 10 out of 10 - extremely silent. Cons? The first one out of the box, brand new, had a bad remote device in the unit. A replacement piece was sent but of course I was paying someone to install it, which means, another hour of labor because of a defective product. I get that happens often due to poor quality control or cheap parts. Would I buy it again? Probably, but only if the installation was included and a flat fee, even if defective.
